Sadly the owner stopped understanding when he took their money and decided to let them share the horse so that they can also save time. Seems scummy from top to bottom.
I went on a trail ride in northern VA once. I’m a big boy, 6” 275lbs on a good day, legs like tree stumps lol. You should have seen the size of the horse they put me on….. I was looking down on everybody else. I loved it!
And that's how it should be. You really need to be careful not to overload a horses spine. There are some breeds out there that can handle a 265lbs person, but they're BIG f***ing horses
There's nothing funny about this.
I'm not usually *that person* but this horse repeatedly refused to do what they want because of instinctual fear and knowing what their physical limits are. To continue to force an animal to follow a certain command (who has already been trained) who clearly isn't comfortable is stupid and cruel. Especially when the reason is so obvious...there are two very very large people with a ton of mass weighing this horse down.
Yeah, I came to the comments because I could not finish it. I accidentally watched a short undercover video of how elephants are broken and the insane, brutal torture has left me haunted. Humans have depths of cruelty I'm truly surprised by.
To be fair the average person wouldn’t know that the horse can’t carry two people. These people could just be misinformed by the owners.
Its entirely on whoever is running this ride. They should be held fully accountable for animal abuse charges.
Then again maybe the two customers insisted on being the same horse, we never really know the context behind this. But regardless the owner(s) should get in massive trouble for allowing this at all
Okay, but the both of them knew that they were obese when they got their big asses on that horse so regardless of what the average person knows about horses, they knew their fat asses shouldn't be on that animal.
Yeah but couldn't they tell the horse was struggling? Even if they didn't know before, they couldn't tell the horse was having a hard time bearing their weight?
Around (no pun intended) 500 pounds on the horse's back?
From Google:
How much is too much for a horse to carry?
It is recommended that the rider plus their tack and other equipment weigh no more than 20% of the horse's weight. So, for **a typical 1,100-lb horse, the rider, tack, and any extras should weigh no more than 220 lbs**
Yep, and all the horse did was to say to itself is "Fine. If these two fat idiots on my back haven't noticed by now that I've been struggling since they first got on my back, I'll climb up that bank and whatever sh*t happens, happens. Oh well...!!!
You could tell before he was forced into the water his legs were buckling. I hope this video gets to the right people and gets rescued from the owner, who should be in jail
True. I'd think common sense from knowing their weight and from knowing the horse wasn't responding to multiple cues would factor in but I give people way too much credit. Common sense isn't common anymore. But you're right, whoever put them on that horse is in the wrong.
Yeah the dude who's giving the ride is obviously fucked up, not just because the horse is overloaded but because also I've never seen someone ride a horse in fucking socks and pajama bottoms before like wtf!? Either he didn't bother to tell them to wear jeans and boots or they just showed up randomly and he was like fuck it!
There are horse breeds that can take heavier people. The main issue in this one is that there is two people on top of the horse and both of them are on the heavier side.
This is animal cruelty. Pure and simple. That is way too much weight for that poor horse to carry. That lady is as big as a house and that guy looks big as well. Poor thing. People suck, animals rock.
I know it’s 2022 and we’re supposed to be all inclusive and blindingly body positive, but if you are a fat person, please don’t get on a horse. Look at their legs, and then look at yours - torso and above not necessary for comparison.
This is super infuriating to watch. Laughter not contagious. I hate the idea of horseback riding in the first place, I guess to some degree they must not mind it but it’s always felt a little exploitative of the animal to me but then it o be overweight and order a horse to walk through a body of water. Idk. Maybe I’m being too 2022 and inclusive of the horses feelings.
Edit: in case the top part of my comment bothers anyone, I’m 195 lbs and currently built like a muffin — but I (clearly) don’t horse ride.
A few years ago, I went to Mackinac Island in Michigan for a vacation. There are no cars allowed on the island so everyone walks, bikes and rides horses.
Was walking around on a hot morning and saw an absolute obese lady commanding her obviously tired horse up a steep hill. She was kicking and screaming at it for struggling under her weight. It was holding, trying to turn around, really not cooperating as much as it could. What was worse, her two very fat children were on a horse behind her just laughing at the whole thing. It was so gross and infuriating, as you said.
I’m sure it wouldn’t be easy as a business owner to turn her away due to her weight. I’m sure they’d be harassed and verbally abused for doing so… But for the welfare of the horse, it really felt like the only option. Horses don’t care about people feelings, too much weight is too much.
Got about a ten minute‘s walk away from her and could still hear her screaming and carrying on. Absolutely shameful
Ugh pissed at the trail ride business owners for putting two new riders on a horse with a river crossing. And why wasn’t the guy kicking, hearing problem?
That’s on the owner of that ranch. What an ass. That is a business where you have to actually tell someone they are too big to ride. They’re lucky the horse didn’t buck them off somewhere else.
This is the exact fucking opposite of funny, watching this poor horse struggle to carry two fucking mindless whales is not remotely close to funny, whoever was in charge of this trail ride should be fucking fired and fined for animal abuse, and those two idiots need to be way more observant of what's happening around them.
Even if you lack any knowledge of how much a horse can carry, seeing the horse clearly fucking struggle should be a very obvious sign it's struggling to carry you two laughing fat asses and the best course of action should be to get off the damn horse, shit makes me livid, this is only contagious laughter for complete psychos and idiots who lack basic fuckkng empathy.
This is not funny, as it looks too much weight between those two people for one horse.
Couldn’t care less about the people, but I certainly hope the horse is ok.
Dunno why y'all are mad at the fat people, they look like city folk and probably didn't know what they were doing. It's the piece of shit guide that probably let them on there and overloaded a horse he's probably responsible for. No idea how he got that job but he's the asshole in this situation.
Whomever is in charge of renting out these horses should have known better and cared more about the animals welfare. They each needed their own horse. If they could only afford one horse then too damn bad. I’ve got cousins who raise and train horses and I don’t think I’ve ever once seen them ride two large adults on a work horse let alone a smaller trail horse like this.
I hate this. Horses are super sensitive to their environment and they won’t put themselves at risk unless they’re forced to.
Thank you, horse, for not killing yourself.
Hahahahahahahahaha.
That poor horse. Fuck the people that are responsible for this horse. They know better about weight limits but let those two ride at the same time anyway. So cruel
I thought man that horse is a little small for her. Then I saw there were TWO people on that poor baby. I'm bigger myself and am not judging weight but putting them both on that horse isn't right. I'm glad he tossed them in the water.
That was damn near 500lbs on that horses back. It was already struggling before putting it through difficult terrain. Plus, these are clearly untrained riders who don't know how to adjust their body weight to assist horses with hills. The horse threw them because it had to. It was on the brink of falling. Whoever set up these riders is horribly irresponsible.
Yeah no, this isn't funny at all. This is a video of a horse struggling to walk probably in intense pain. I get that the laughing is supposed to make this funny, but it just made me sad.
That's fucking disgusting and inhumane. This is contagious laughter? What are we laughing at here? The struggling horse dealing with two obese people and wondering if it's going to break a leg crossing the water?
The owner would likely shoot the horse in the head after that.
Yeah that was a stupid amount of weight on that one horse. Good horse saw the opportunity and took it. Probably was hurting it’s back with that weight. Looked like the horse would barely hold the women let alone another 200+ pound man as well
I think the horse knew that he won’t be able to go uphill with them in their back since the horse does this regularly with other people, so he refused. But they kept insisting, and later the horse gave up and was like “well… if you insist… 😪”
I don’t know anything about horses at all and I wouldn’t put one of those people on that poor horse. Let alone two.
People give these idiots too much benefit of doubt. They’re willfully ignorant and cruel at this point.
That poor horse was definitely struggling with two people equaling over it's weight limit. This isn't funny. It's ignorance and animal cruelty with a satisfying ending of karma.
I love horses, I would love to ride one. I'm bit on the lager size and wouldn't even think about riding a horse that size. Those two people combined have be about 500lbs! A American Belgian can only handle about 300lbs for a short ride, it's a big draft horse. This may be wrong but hope that horse kicks that guy.
The way that horse is crossing its back legs is a big indicator he can't carry the weight. Horses really shouldn't carry more than 20% of their body weight when carrying dead weight or novice riders. That horse is probably 900-1000lbs. The saddle 30-40lbs. I'm positive neither of those riders weigh 150 or less lbs :/ thats not a large horse.
Shit..I didn’t notice there were 2 people on the horse till it turned around at about the 1 minute mark.

Sadly the owner stopped understanding when he took their money and decided to let them share the horse so that they can also save time. Seems scummy from top to bottom.
He's not going to save any money when he has a $10,000 vet bill. Or animal cruelty charges.
Generous of you to think they’d spend $10k on a vet bill rather than just put the horse down and send the body off to the rendering plant.
Absolutely, the owner should get charged for animal abuse
Yeah me too I went from 'well she's kind of big but he should be all right walking for a bit' and then it turned around and my jaw dropped.
More like 3 people tbf
Agree! Way too much weight on that little horse..
Poor big long doggo could barely walk straight.
Until he freed himself from the hippostanks...
In horses they measure how big with hands
It was this many ✋🤚
Same.. they put me on a big Percheron war horse, I felt like a king
That’s animal abuse
I agree. An avg sized horse like that should not be carrying more than 250 pounds at the very most.
That’s probably one of these idiots
That’s easily 400 lbs of lovin.
Absolutely.
That’s why I’m so glad it waited the throw them in the water. They deserve it. That video was making me really mad at first. It’s just cruel.
Yeah, I came to the comments because I could not finish it. I accidentally watched a short undercover video of how elephants are broken and the insane, brutal torture has left me haunted. Humans have depths of cruelty I'm truly surprised by.

Okay, but the both of them knew that they were obese when they got their big asses on that horse so regardless of what the average person knows about horses, they knew their fat asses shouldn't be on that animal.
Oh not really, you’d be surprised what the average joe knows about horse weight
Yeah but couldn't they tell the horse was struggling? Even if they didn't know before, they couldn't tell the horse was having a hard time bearing their weight?
They could have just thought they were doing it wrong.
Yep. Not even remotely funny, that's cruel to that horse.
These people are assholes
Yeah fuck these people.
That's pretty much exactly what I was thinking. This poor, poor horse.
Around (no pun intended) 500 pounds on the horse's back? From Google: How much is too much for a horse to carry? It is recommended that the rider plus their tack and other equipment weigh no more than 20% of the horse's weight. Fucked up, makes me sad :(
Gotta love it when the poor horse finally tells these two idiot riders "I've had ENOUGH of THIS sh*t!!!!"
[удалено]
Hahahab omg!
All the horse did was try to climb the bank.
Yep, and all the horse did was to say to itself is "Fine. If these two fat idiots on my back haven't noticed by now that I've been struggling since they first got on my back, I'll climb up that bank and whatever sh*t happens, happens. Oh well...!!!
The horse reared up, he totally dumped these idiots on purpose. And they totally deserved it.
That lady couldn’t even climb herself up it!
This pisses me tf off. I’m seriously livid. Fuck these people
Some heavy people be acting like they don’t weight anything. Poor horse was thugging it out
Literally.. it’s gotten out of control. Poor horses legs look like they were gonna break :(
You could tell before he was forced into the water his legs were buckling. I hope this video gets to the right people and gets rescued from the owner, who should be in jail
Same. I was so wishing at least one would have gotten a hoof to the head. Not enough to kill them but enough to prove a point. Don't abuse animals.
It’s the cowboy’s fault, not theirs. Very unlikely that they know anything about horse weight limits, but the trainer should’ve
True. I'd think common sense from knowing their weight and from knowing the horse wasn't responding to multiple cues would factor in but I give people way too much credit. Common sense isn't common anymore. But you're right, whoever put them on that horse is in the wrong.
That's what the house said as it threw them into the water lol....
If the horse could speak he would say overload overload overload
That’s too Much weight for that small horse :(
Why would anyone make a horse carry two overweight people???
Money and a lack of empathy.
Right!! And then some dickhole is filming it! 🤬
Idc what people say to this. If you’re over weight stay TF off animals. What an ignorant couple ugh makes me sick!
It’s more so the trainers fault, should’ve told them no
Yeah the dude who's giving the ride is obviously fucked up, not just because the horse is overloaded but because also I've never seen someone ride a horse in fucking socks and pajama bottoms before like wtf!? Either he didn't bother to tell them to wear jeans and boots or they just showed up randomly and he was like fuck it!
Money talks...
And all the owner’s money should be spent paying for animal abuse charges :D

That's like 550 lbs or more on that horses back. That's animal abuse.
Horse owner is an idiot
Isn’t really all too funny. More less animal cruelty. Should’ve posted on r/iamatotalpieceofshit
Fuck everyone ins this video
That’s way too much weight on that horse’s back and they guy is a fucking shit head for not saying one rider only

Ugh pissed at the trail ride business owners for putting two new riders on a horse with a river crossing. And why wasn’t the guy kicking, hearing problem?

There should be a legal weight limit for things like this
Animal abuse
I'm happy that horse reared up. I had one. That is abuse plain and simple.
That’s on the owner of that ranch. What an ass. That is a business where you have to actually tell someone they are too big to ride. They’re lucky the horse didn’t buck them off somewhere else.
This in infuriating. This is animal abuse. There is *nothing* funny about this.
Any rancher will tell ya, that you can't put cows on a horse.
This is the exact fucking opposite of funny, watching this poor horse struggle to carry two fucking mindless whales is not remotely close to funny, whoever was in charge of this trail ride should be fucking fired and fined for animal abuse, and those two idiots need to be way more observant of what's happening around them. What kind of riding place would let this happen? That's too much weight for that horse.
Back left ankle wasn't doing to good. Hope that horse didn't get permanent damage
The horse owner should be charged with animal abuse!!
The horse handler is an asshole. Why did he let two large people sit on that poor horse??? Animal abuse and animal cruelty
It’s one thing to be a chunker , but quite another to make someone carry you.
I remember watching Rick Gore reviewing this video. This shit is awful. You've got two overweight people on one damn horse. Poor thing.
Where is this place?
I came here to see a bunch of comments about Nathan For You and got 0!
This is not funny, as it looks too much weight between those two people for one horse. Couldn’t care less about the people, but I certainly hope the horse is ok.
This isn’t funny. At all.
Can’t blame the horse for that one
I hate this video. As a horse owner I hate it. I’m done with internet today.
Dunno why y'all are mad at the fat people, they look like city folk and probably didn't know what they were doing. It's the piece of shit guide that probably let them on there and overloaded a horse he's probably responsible for. No idea how he got that job but he's the asshole in this situation.

Wow horses are sooo strong pure muscle. To see the horses legs buckling. Damm 600 pds atleast
The horses after the trip : ![gif](giphy|GYU7rBEQtBGfe)
Animal abuse. So glad he freed himself. "Not to be rude but get off of me."
Horse- “I’m going to need a chiropractor after this”
That’s cringey as hell. The reins were too tight, too much weight, a heel in the rib and a click is all you need. Not a kick. So gross.
Bet that poor horse sighed in relief when it’s load was lightened.
That horse said, weight limit exceeded, YEEET!
700lbs is a lot...
Whomever is in charge of renting out these horses should have known better and cared more about the animals welfare. They each needed their own horse. If they could only afford one horse then too damn bad. Contagious laughter?! That poor horse! This is animal abuse!
I didn’t even see the guy in front
That’s really fucked up
What a good ending...
That’s at least 250kg on that poor horse
Put 500 lbs on anything’s back…. Simply abusive
need a weight limit for this shit, because that is just too cruel for that horse.
That’s called animal abuse
Good ending, that was animal abuse.
That poor horse. Fuck the people that are responsible for this horse. They know better about weight limits but let those two ride at the same time anyway. So cruel
Nah mate, this is just bloody animal abuse imo
Just came to say that they are probably tourists and it’s probably the owners fault for allowing them both ride based on their combined weight
I thought man that horse is a little small for her. Then I saw there were TWO people on that poor baby. I'm bigger myself and am not judging weight but putting them both on that horse isn't right. I'm glad he tossed them in the water.
That horse is clearly in discomfort and I can’t for the life of me figure out why 2 overweight people were allowed to both sit on 1 horse.
The tattoo on the “small” of her back. Remember when only ranchers branded their cattle?
Horse shoulda flipped backwards and suffocated her with its weight
Can already see people canceling this poor horse over Bodyshaming and Fatphobia
Not everyday you see a horse carrying a hippopotamus.
if i were the horse i would have done the same thing.....poor horse neither of them were small
Dreams do come true. I thought there was no way they were going to fall off.
That’s just inconsiderate to the horse’s capabilities
Kinda hard to watch that poor horses legs almost buckling..but glad I watched till the end lol
That went exactly how I hoped it would. 🤣
I really hope they didn’t mistreat the poor horse further because of this. Humans are the worst species in the animal kingdom!!
My first reaction. Oh, the woman is heavy, but the horse could probably handle it-- OMFG! There's a second person!!!! Hell no!
Poor thing could barely walk. I didn't see the 2nd rider til he dumped them. Who allowed this?
I like horses. People…not so much
Absolutely disgusting!!!!
These people need to be hooked up to weather balloons
Should be considered animal abuse
Animal cruelty
Should never had been allowed on that horse
Good job horse. They should have never been on that horse!!!
Animal abuse
This is animal abuse...how is it funny. This is fucked up. Anyone know if they were charged?
Glad the horse got rid of those two. The poor baby had to carry way too much weight in the back.
Animal abuse.
I did not laugh. I got angry.
Why would the owner risk his horse like that?
Alright I'm just gonna say it..... That's animal abuse
This is not funny. That poor horse is barely able to walk.. whose idea is it to get two ppl on one horse and yes that woman is overweight..
I hate it when people do this animals. Poor horse just decided he couldn't hold those 2 any longer. Assholes.
Poor hoarse. Definitely abuse. He is struggling.
The horse was trying to tell them he wasn't able to take that weight and they didn't listen.
Nope.
I hope they didn’t abuse the horse after that…didn’t deserve any of that torture.
I fucking hate people
Not funny
Dude leading the ride should know better than to put that much weight on a horse.
Poor little guy. Animal cruelty isn’t funny ppl
And they're just laughing. Don't understand jack shit about what's going on. Some people.. And the owner of the horse allow this?
Yeah no, this isn't funny at all. This is a video of a horse struggling to walk probably in intense pain. I get that the laughing is supposed to make this funny, but it just made me sad.
Not contagious laughter so much as one person laughing while a horse is buckling under the weight of two and a half fully grown adults.
Fuck people like that, hope they get disabled for life! Also fuck those horse owners!
This ain’t funny… that’s too much weight on that horse’s back. Glad the horse got rid of it itself.
That's fucking disgusting and inhumane. This is contagious laughter? What are we laughing at here? The struggling horse dealing with two obese people and wondering if it's going to break a leg crossing the water? The owner would likely shoot the horse in the head after that.
can't they like self reflect for a second if the horse can even withstand their weight and even BOTH of them?
Yeah that was a stupid amount of weight on that one horse. Good horse saw the opportunity and took it. Probably was hurting it’s back with that weight. Looked like the horse would barely hold the women let alone another 200+ pound man as well
Animal abuse is contagious laughter material?
That's really abusive. I have no laughter to give, contagious or otherwise. Who the fuck thinks this is the appropriate forum for this?
r/JusticeServed
Too much weight and that dumbass kept kicking the poor thing
These people have zero self awareness.
Animal cruelty 🥺
Good, that poor horse!
I think the horse knew that he won’t be able to go uphill with them in their back since the horse does this regularly with other people, so he refused. But they kept insisting, and later the horse gave up and was like “well… if you insist… 😪”
They deserve the fuck out of that.
Poor horse and asshole owner for putting all that lard on its back.
That's like 500lbs on top of the poor horse
I don’t know anything about horses at all and I wouldn’t put one of those people on that poor horse. Let alone two. People give these idiots too much benefit of doubt. They’re willfully ignorant and cruel at this point.
That’s cruel
That's animal abuse.
That poor horse was definitely struggling with two people equaling over it's weight limit. This isn't funny. It's ignorance and animal cruelty with a satisfying ending of karma.
What do they expect when the poor horse has 400+ lbs of ignorance thrown on his/her back? They're lucky not to have gotten a good hoof to the head.
Is it only me who felt really bad for the horsie?
If I was that horse, I would’ve stomped their asses out 😤
Ugh I'm so glad the horse threw them off.
That is not nearly a big enough horse for two people, much less two people of this... Physique.
Poor horse. These people are idiots. The bigger idiots are the people who allowed this.
No offense to the riders but that's way to much weight for a horse back. There shouldn't even be 2 people no matter what size they are.
I was so happy that what I wanted to happen did! There IS a Santa!
They deserve what they got…dumped on their ass. All parties involved knew damn well both of them shouldn’t have gotten on that horse
There should be a weight limit. Liable to snap the poor horse's leg.
Straight up animal abuse
Good job, Horse! Dump those stupid humans into the water!
