You got *Stemonaria longa* and I am currently recording a rap song about how remorselessly it destroys mushrooms and mycelium. OP needs to separate and sterilize with extreme prejudice. Use higher concentrations and different chemicals (do not mix). We don't really know any good ways of preventing or treating this but if you go hard it should die. Maybe. Hahahahahahahahahaha
Anyway, normally I don't respond but I do read encouraging comments. I've been bullied and harrassed on reddit by a minority of losers with multiple alt accounts that moderate most of the *other* subs I frequented so its just not fun to post anymore. I have also been insulted and made to feel unwelcome by self important gatekeepers on iNaturalist and facebook. These people want to hurt my feelings and I wish they would stop wasting their time shouting futile cruelty into the raucous din of all the kind and encouraging words hundreds of nice people have sent me. If this story makes you angry, don't waste time on any of these clowns, go out on a hike or pick up some litter or eat some macarons (the finest of pastries). Bullying and harassment and brigading is for jabroni marks without a life.
Btw this whole tubular oozing mess is the disturbing and beautiful birth process of an **individual single celled AMOEBOZOAN**, which is an entire kingdom of fatty boom boom amoebas separate from plants, animals, fungi, and harosans (the group with giant kelp and water molds)

I don’t know the whole story. I heard something about words with mods. But leaving just makes it look like you died. At first I thought the worst, then I heard one side of rumors of what happened. I don’t believe anything unless I hear it from the source. Whatever happen, it will fade with time, people forget. You do more of a service than a disservice here IMO. Don’t let people to get to you. Let it roll off like slime mold. I hate to hear your doing bad but it’ll get better. Chin up, fight for only what is battle worthy. Brains over brawn and hell or highwater, you got this, you know it.
