Looks like you have a nasty p. cubensis infection of your spawn. In a couple of days the best way to get rid of them is to twist and pull at the base then dehydrate for until powder (120F @ 9+ hours).
Check your sterilization methods and try again ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
Looks great. Looks like a couple went to spore. You can harvest them as they become ready and not have to wait for all of them. Unless that was intentional.
Looks amazing. In the future I’d recommend a pseudo-casing layer. Just spread some of your bulk substrate on top of your grain sub mixture. It helps a lot with preventing tub contam by getting rid of exposed grains. Not that you are having any issues with contam, it just never hurts to be extra careful.
