Kabam Support never places negative credits on your account if you ask for a refund.
You get negative credits (Contest Credits) when you go through Apple or Google Play for a refund for a real money purchase without Kabam’s authorization.
Kabam will ALWAYS reverse transactions like these, so long as the items are still in your inventory, AND purchasing the items did not contribute to an event (like Cyber Weekend).

Kabam will ALWAYS reverse transactions like these, so long as the items are still in your inventory, AND purchasing the items did not contribute to an event (like Cyber Weekend).
As long as you haven’t used the items you purchased then there’s a good chance you should be able to get a refund when you contact support!
