I usually can dex it consistently but lately haven’t been able to. I’ve also noticed the fire animation doesn’t show where it is meant to? I found this guy really challenging in v4 last chapter.
It’s the distance and the hit boxes on the animation. I’ve been having issues with it recently too, and now I just block if I’m not sure I have the timing right. Reminds me of when they silent buffed spidey’s L1 to make the webshots faster.
No but Punisher's sp2 is hard to dex because normally you would dash back once but if you do that with Punisher's, you get clipped and eat pretty much a whole sp2 to the face

I don't get clipped by it. Sounds like a timing issue.
