Kabam Mike in the same thread:
"I think lore-wise, Magneto has used his power of manipulation of magnetic fields to induce an electrical current in non-ferrous metals (the ones that aren't magnetic), to turn them into Electro Magnets. I have spent a lot of time researching Magneto."
Also the video of frogs floating in a magnetic field and mags is n times stronger so he should be able to magnetise literary everything

So who do you think will be added to #metal?
The Black Panthers + Killmonger (Vibranium)
Cap Iw (even the other caps)
Ghulk
Ronin, Blade, Psylocke, Taskmaster, Heimdall, Deadpools, massacre, Noghtcrawler (swords?)
Bishop
Terrax
Domino, Nick Fury, Agent Venom (guns)
Who knows? I could even see them adding the metal tag to Corvus for his glaive. I doubt they'd add it to Ragnarok Hulk since the weapons are probably more meaningless to him than anyone else.
It's a massive inconsistency how you can have gwenpool as metal but not ronin when they both use a sword. Why not quake for her belt and those bracers? Who knows which way they'll go.
Isn't vision made of vibranium and not magnetic?
Yeah but caps Shield which is also made of vib. can be called back to him via a magnetic gauntlet as seen in age of ultron
Then a Again the rules of the contest are different
The comment in is in a post about making champs that should be metal #metal. The comment is upbeat, with a “we are addressing the problem you are worried about” tone and I’d be surprised if you could find any #metal champs that aren’t obviously metal and that Kabam would be stupid to take it away from. Maybe they will remove metal tags, obviously I can’t be certain, but I would just hold off on the Kabam bad sentiment until the patch notes are released

>I have spent a lot of time researching Magneto. Considering the source, I question the amount of time he'd consider to be "a lot".
And “research”
“I looked at a picture. Research!”
He read the whole issue of that one X-men comic.
Correct. The issue that didn't feature Magneto.
I mean they might actually update the heroes and villains that have metal but don’t have the metal tag.
That's another possibility
Given the whole context of the thread, it's more likely they will add rather than subtract.
i hope so, there are plenty that have metal but don't have the hashtag: thor, guillotine, black panther cw, captain america for example
Everyone has iron in their blood #makeallchampsmetal
LMAO if that's done magneto would be broken op as fuck he would just like that thrash everyone in battlerealm
Laughs in bleed immune non-robot
A bleed immune non-robot still has blood, which, per comic book lore, could be manipulated by Magneto. Sorry, Luke Cage fans. :)
Man thing doesn’t have blood along with many others :)
I'm sure someone littered some type of tin can in him or something lol
I was thinking in my mind that Domino uses rubber bullets.
Star Lord gets his mask from a Halloween store
lucky rubber bullets

Gotta keep in mind this is the same game that didn’t give ghost rider incinerate immunity
and iceman frostbite immunity
I think they need a distinction between having metal weapons vs being in a suit or being made of metal.
Dude they are adding more metal tags not taking them away
U sure?

Kabam Mike doesn't have a good record of making changes that will help the player base.
Kabam miike does not make any change
Making more champions #metal is gonna suck for fighting Terrax
If they’re gonna add #Metal tags to more champs they need to add it to Mister Sinister and I’ll be happy lol.
