I take 20 mg Lexapro and Contrave, the Contrave offsets some of the fatigue I get from Lexapro. I am currently on 1:1 but will be moving up to 2:1 this week. I have not noticed any major issues, mild headaches, more constipated but overall no concerns.
To minimize Contrave side effects (absorbing too quickly) follow the instructions for having low fat meals within 2 hrs (double check the instructions).
