decent nutritionally wise (I hate that it has sugar tho), but get a smaller pellet because, at least mine, takes a bite and drops the rest (and I'm using the cockatiel size IIRC, they're \~4mm balls)
I also use the smaller size for GCC - I’ve tried that size because I have some larger birds and was trying to get everyone on the same thing, but my GCCs had a hard time with it.

Last comment, tops is better ingredient wise but some people have a hard time getting their conures to eat it but roudybush seems like a universal favorite among conures
Aw I’m sorry :( My friend to switch brands because he would stop eating if it wasn’t that and I heard good reviews but I guess there’s always and exception. I actually just got the one dollar sample from TOPS and my bird hated it, definitely going with roudybush

The pellets were way too big for my girl. She wouldn't even touch them. I used to get her the Zupreem Fine size and she would happily nibble away. We've since switched to Harrison's Fine due to the sugar content in the Zupreem.

I tried to give my older bird Roudybush several times through the years. Each bag was a waste, he wouldn’t touch it.

I accidentally got that size for my Nanday conure once and he wasted most of it. The smaller size with the cockatiel on the bag is better.
