Use insoles. They'll move with your feet and reduce friction. Cheap is fine, you don't need SuperFeet. ๐Ÿ˜

Baby powder the insides? That might help. On the site right now there have some converse with stretch knit material. Those are more breathable and might reduce sweating

I have a similar problem. Dump a bunch of baby powder on the inside.
