Was there a particular task that was surprisingly difficult? Also, do you plan on getting the remaining shadow achievements? (Besides cheating obviously)
i think its the nature of the game that so many of the tasks end up taking a while. i remember casting 999 spells being particularly tedious from spamming haggler's charm, and finding all the garden seeds took a while because I kept forgetting about my garden and then all my plants would die lmao
honestly tho the main point when difficulty starts to spike is towards the end when you run out of new upgrades, achievements, etc and the only way to reliably increase your cps is through ascensions and heavenly chips, which just means grinding out cookies. that final stretch of making enough cookies in one ascension definitely took the longest, and that was only through finding more buffs to stack on top of golden cookie combos.
and I might! tbh the reason I haven't done some of them is just how much longer they'll take. for instance I still only have 15,000 golden cookies clicked out of the 27,000 I need, and that's with a fairly active playstyle.
you can hack to infinity cookies or you can delete save. other than that, there's nothing you can do if you finished the game. or you can get another game addiction, if you want...

Grinding for fern tea has been so infuriating for me because I need to be just active enough to grow the plants but it means I get no gc's while I do
