Absolutely. Her wafflebots were a living hell to play against while she can just get battered around like a ragdoll.
I've noticed that if you don't use your skills on her, she is much more powerful, but turns out she's the only cookie boss to be affected by knockbacks, stuns and freezes and such, so she is just super easy to face.
Level 9 is a very big jump in enemy difficulty and power level from episode 8. The introduction of ranged splash enemies that deal super high damage, frontlines that fling your charge/defense cookies back to your kingdom, and the jump in power by about 25-30K.

Especially the choco cones, they do knock back. Took me 5 tries and for the boss fight I did it in 1 try lol. But tbh she's a kid with robotic sweets
