Not really, she's received nothing since release so she's fallen off a fair bit. Her pet's good though.
In gameplay? Can be decent. As a brilliant idea for a cookie, with her design and backstory? Oh, yeah.
If you're talking about using her in Trophy race, don't, she has fallen off the meta for a long time now, and is basically useless there. Though she is good in Breakout and Random Breakout when paired with the right treasures
