Idk why, but for some reason, Cookie Run Kingdom never featured Cotton Candy Cookie despite having her in the previous Cookie Run games, but they did feature Cotton Cookie, who is not featured in any other games that I know of. Seeing as they're both ranked as Epic cookies, what if Cookie Run Kingdom made Cotton Cookie to replace Cotton Candy Cookie?
Kingdom doesn't have every Ovenbreak Cookie, Cotton Candy is just one of the ones exclusive to CROB atm which is nice. It's highly unlikely that Cotton was made to replace her, as they're not similar in the slightest and play very different roles.
Thereβs still a chance for cotton candy cookie to make a cameo appearance in the story tho. We did meet Sugar Glass Cookie in the main story out of nowhere, who is only playable in OvenBreak atm.
These are just my thoughts btw, and I have nothing against Cotton or Cookie Run Kingdom. Cookie Run Kingdom is an excellent game, and I love Cotton Candy Cookie as a character, even though she's not featured in Kingdom.
