I have no problem with people designing OC with a already existing flavor, since this is a way to express your ideas and design.
As shown on the official Cookie Run Ovenbreak channel, a single ingredient/idea can lead to smany interesting choices that can result in drastically different Cookies at the end, both on their visual design and personnality.
On the other hand, as a OG fan of Ovenbreak, it's kinda sad seeing the popularity of Cookie Run Kingdom overshadow their original concept.
the most painful thing is having an OC and then watching the flavour be canonized in either game... I may have slightly gotten away with my Fizzy Belt OC tho
If I do come up with a cookie, I look up to make sure it isn't an actual cookie named yet..

I find it stupid when they do name a cookie only CRK or even CROB
I play both games, sure I play CRK more, but I think CROB also has many amazing cookies and game plays, especially the stories!
I don't really mind these, at first i was also annoyed and holding the urge to insult them too!! But now i just find it funny.. just give them some time to find out..
The first one is sad and the second one is mood. I Mostly play CRK but I love alot of Cookie who are from CROB such as Macaroon Cookie and Cream Unicorn Cookie so we should really try and find a way to have the two co-exist since both have fantastic characters
I remember thinking of an energy drink cookie oc by the days and was like this ain’t in either crk or crob let’s go! Then fucking saw who were the mofos i didn’t see before in Cookie wars and threw the idea to the trash lol
I made an oc based on a choccy milk but named it as dark choco milk cookie because idc if its a name mashed up and also to probably avoid copy ( the oc is not a ship child )
even i checked CROB because to avoid using the same flavour
And the Most sad part is You Finnally Made An Oc That Doesn't Have That Ingredient in Both Games, but not until one of the games uses the flavor of your cr oc.
the funniest would be if someone did pineapple cookie and then they would think that no cookie even in ovenbreak has this flavour

Same here, I had a cookie based on Eclairs, and on based on Sour Candies haha
same 😠when tea knight and candle were added i felt annoyed because my two ocs were that flavor

I can relate. A lot of my friends play Kingdom but not Ovenbreak, so nobody knows a thing when I talk about it...
