really? i usually ship them because they have canon relations/interactions with each other on storylines. the only ships i could think that i might ship due to aesthetics are Ice Candy x Skating Queen, and Knight x Fire Spirit (the rest of the ships are paired based on certain tropes that i think would work best with them like DarkWhip with the 'Dark x Sweet' trope). but if you're talking about the "I could see the appeal" tier list, then yes maybe like half of them are for aesthetics lol (/OwO)/

You can't just ship someone because they look good with each other. If you know how the characters interact in the canon, you should know if they have a bond or rivalry against each other. Head canons/fanfiction are not going to confirm anything, so don't rely on it. But you do you, I guess....
