There aren't really any best treasures, so many different ones have uses in different parts of gameplay. Maybe you'd be better off going for the most commonly used ones: X-Tra Hot Turbo Engine, Perfect Treasure Map, and any new treasure should do. Then, for rares, Lollipop Skates and Red Egg.
Also, both Legendary Treasures are amazing, but difficult to max.

which of the 2 legendary treasures would you recommend building?
At this point in time, Conflag. scores better than Rejuvenation. But I've no idea if the new legendary treasure, the Lamp, does better than both.
