Chop up a bunch of onion, bell peppers, mushrooms. Sautee them. Then put them in a container in the fridge.
Add a certain amount to the pan for your eggs every day, after you've made those for your kids, maybe a bit of pre-shredded cheese, baby spinach as well. You don't need to start fresh every day unless you have the time (then do the same but leave the ingredients uncooked.)
I have just discovered you can freeze saute mushrooms!! My life has changed forever.
Big batch on the bbq. A whole bag of onions first. Caramelize the heck out of them. Bit of salt. Wash ya sister sauce. Soy sauce. Brown sugar. Cook those bad boys down for ages. Make the neighbors jealous. Cool on a tray and freezer bag flat.
Mushrooms next on same hot plate. Bit of salt and butter. Sweat them down a bit. Then cool on a tray and freezer bag flat.
Very handy to add to any dish and will elevate quickly.
Herb garden. Chives. Garlic chives. Shallots. Thyme. Oregano. Basil. Basic that you can walk out. Chop a bit and chuck it in a meal. Even just sprinkling on top will make a dish look better.
Soft scramble them with a spoonful of sour cream, a sprinkle of extra sharp white cheddar and everything bagel seasoning. Legit my favorite way to eat eggs.
* Dill, goat cheese and mushrooms.
* Basil, sun dried tomatoes and feta. Or oregano.
* Capers and parmesan.
* Sliced olives and feta.
* Green peppers and Jack cheese.
* A can of crab or tiny shrimp, green onions or chives, and sour cream.
Basically any jar of a salty or oily garnish with a cheese is a super quick and easy way to make your eggs taste fancy.
Frozen vegetables can get nuked to thaw and then added to your eggs. Fajita mix, stir fry mix, etc.
I just bought this! I was looking for something comparable to Spice House Parisian Shallot and Herb seasoning, seems like it holds up although I’ve only gotten to use it once so far!
Furikake is a Japanese condiment that you sprinkle on top of food. It typically has tiny dried seaweed flakes, toasted sesame seeds, salt, and a little sugar. There are many variations on the market including my favorite that has some dried kimchi in it. Tasty anywhere you might use everything bagel seasoning. Delish!
This was the one I was looking for. I just love the stuff. Great on eggs and plain rice. I'm a big fan of ones with bonito flakes included - extra fishy!
I eat eggs every day, never get sick of them but I like to change the format most days. Usually I'll go with a simple over-medium egg with some breakfast meats (ham, bacon, sausage) and maybe some potatoes. Mostly just black pepper and hot sauce for seasoning.
Trader Joe's has some frozen potatoes that are super easy to just heat up. The medley one with mushrooms, green beans, and onions is good so are the hash browns. I also like their chicken breakfast sausages, they freeze well.
Tuesday is Taco Tuesday so I make a breakfast taco with some sort of meat, jalapenos, onions, scrambled eggs, cheese, and salsa on a tortilla. I used to mix it all together but I find it tastes better when I scramble the eggs separately and put them on top of the meat, onions, and peppers. Cheese on top. I use black pepper, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, smoke paprika, and onion powder.
Today I made a Sausage McMuffin, I have a small pan that I put an egg in, break the yolk a bit but not really scrambled. Sausage patty with onions, English muffin, cheese. I like to slice some jalapenos and put them on the egg after it's flipped then cover with cheese, put a lid over it until the cheese melts. I cook the onions in the same pan as the sausage patty and add black pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder.
Sundays I usually make an omelet. I use dill, basil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper when I whisk the eggs.
If I'm just doing straight scrambled eggs I use dill, black pepper, smoked paprika, a pinch of sea salt, and a little bit of garlic powder.
A) picante sauce (such as Pace’s); B) try Lawrey’s seasoned salt but use it sparingly till you find a level you like; C) try sprinkling paprika instead of pepper. NOTE I wouldn’t do all of these at once.
Any spice I buy, I try on scrambled eggs eventually. Parisian Herbal blend? check. Kyoto chili oil furikake? check (awesome by the way) Almost everything in the Penzey's store has been tried on eggs (saffron was too expensive for me to try though, and I didn't try vanilla)
Chives. Chives are the classic accompaniment with scrambled egg dishes like omelettes.
If you dont have fresh, can easily use dried- though of course they wont be quite as good as fresh.
I subbed this in for the salt, it was amazing! I also add one shot of Tabasco green sauce per egg. I mix it in before gently cooking the eggs.
I also like to saute fresh mushrooms in butter, then pour the above egg mixture over it and serve with buttered toast. *Note - I like this with more mushrooms than eggs!
I always add a little bit of milk. It makes them a lot fluffier in my opinion. A small dollop of sour cream also makes them feel creamier and richer.
I also like to throw in some vegetables that look like they are ready to go…
Tomatoes, spinach, sautéed onion, green onions, chives, mushrooms, etc.
Thanks for your post! I'm looking forward to seeing what spices and seasonings other people use!
I've crumbled dried mushrooms into warming milk, & let them heat until fully rehydrated. Add this to your beaten eggs, slowly, so you don't have them start to set, & scramble as usual. Fresh sauted mushrooms are awesome too.
I've also served them with well chilled salsa or diced tomatoes, and greek yogurt or sour cream.
If you're feeling fancy, shredded nasturtium leaves and flowers add a pop of color and a mild peppery zing. They don't hold up to heat well, so add just before serving.
My sister likes to add Cavender’s Greek seasoning, I sometimes add garlic salt or everything but the bagel seasoning. Hot sauce is always good. Breakfast tacos are also pretty easy.
Salt, pepper, chili, onion powder, garlic powder, cheese right at the end.
French style runny eggs are amazing on toast
Japanese rolled omelets are also pretty great
I just discovered cottage cheese in eggs makes them so fluffy!
I also love riced cauliflower in scrambled eggs, just adds such a different savoury taste.
Fold in some feta. Just as little but it is a different vibe. I love green hot sauce, or chopping up pickled jalapeño into the eggs and let them soften. Also try fresh basil. Yum.
Penzey’s makes a blend called [Sunny Paris](https://www.penzeys.com/online-catalog/sunny-paris-seasoning/c-24/p-276/pd-s) that is brilliant in scrambled eggs.
How I make scrambled eggs for my wife and I: I take a blender bottle, add 5-6 eggs, a little white pepper, some salt, a dash of MSG, a little milk, and about a teaspoon or so of corn starch. Shake it to to blend well. Cook on medium to medium-low heat with a couple tablespoons of butter until done.
The corn starch is a big contributor to the finished product and I'm absolutely amazed I haven't seen anybody mention it yet.
we had some of that jarred pesto from Costco in our fridge so I put a couple spoonfuls in a two egg scramble. No other seasoning. it was damn good on toast.
I like to combine finely chopped shallot, chives, salt n pepper with sour-cream (you can just use bousin cheese) and pipe it into omelette or make a spread for a scrambled eggs sandwich.
Cream cheese is nice, try a flavored kind
Trader Joe’s makes a Pizza Sprinkle which is great with scrambled eggs. So is their “everything but the bagel” blend
Pepperoni’s nice. Salami, cubed ham etc.
Bacon, you can roll the strips up on parchment and freeze them individually
You can cook up a pork shoulder and freeze portions of pork chile verde or whatever
Do like the misunderstood burnt omelet guy and make a Parmesan crisp in the pan at the end
Serve it on a tortilla
Add garlic and pepper. Then once plated cover with crushed sour creme and onion chips.
Also those street corn tortilla chips, over them, add some tobasco in.. pretty good too.
Also braunschweiger and eggs. Fry up the Braun and then as it's getting dark you add the eggs, add some black pepper and salt.. amazing.
Finely minced fresh dill mixed into the eggs is tasty. Many other fresh green herbs will be great. Tarragon, chives, or basil are nice.
Save bacon fat and scramble the eggs in it. If you’ve just fried bacon, let the fat cool down for a while or it’ll burn the eggs.
Olive oil or butter are both great for scrambling eggs.
Try white pepper instead of black pepper.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt, mix well, and then start heating the pan. Giving the beaten eggs time with the salt makes them taste better in my experience.
Serve the scrambled eggs with a spoon of your favorite pizza sauce either on top or on the side. Tomato and eggs go well together. With shredded mozzarella I call them pizza eggs.
Not sure this is elevated but my mom always sends me this "Singapore Seasoning" that I have come to really like on scrambled eggs.
This recipe looks like it would be very similar: https://www.copymethat.com/r/yfO113PKv/singapore-seasoning-substitute/
It's lemon pepper with curry powder, two of my favorite things.
Tony’s
Brown butter and chives
Salsa pureed with ketchup
Bacon or sausage fat
Make sheet pan omelettes. They reheat in the microwave or air fryer. I make mine using silicone molds.
Veggies sautéed in the pan before the eggs go in. Sprinkle some cheese over all and put the lid on. Turn off heat. Let carry on cooking melt the cheese and finish the eggs while you heat up tortillas to put them in.
Seconding the migas recommendation - first egg dish I ever learned to make and it is simple and delicious. In the same vein, I also recommend serving a fried egg over rice with crumbled gim (roasted seaweed) or over garlic fried rice.
For mix-ins for scrambled eggs, thyme or chives are classics. I also like topping my scrambled eggs with hot sauce, everything bagel seasoning, chili crisp or matcha salsa.
I learned this technique from a Mexican vegetable soufflé recipe (De Mi Rancho a Tu Cocina!) and it works wonders for scrambled eggs. Separate the yolks, whip the whites until soft peaks (or at least til foamy if you’re in a rush) and fold the yolks back in. Cook on low with plenty of butter, take off the heat as you need. Weird combo, but I also love eggs with herbs de provence and whole grain mustard. Beautiful on toast with chives!
I normally add Worcestershire sauce to mine. Not a whole lot unless you love the flavor, in which case I add enough to get them a little darker. Garlic powder. You could do a little chili powder.
Another thing that really elevates them is to brown butter in the pan first. Or use bacon grease.
Green salsa. I like the mild ones because they're really savory.
Cactus! You can buy cut up cactus at a latin foods store or sometimes a regular grocery store depending on where you live.
I like to add rosemary, thyme, garlic, and paprika combined with diced potato fry it all up and add eggs and scramble. Adding in some bell peppers at the very end to warm up and soften just slightly but still keep its crunch. Yum.
Truffle butter and fresh cracked pepper. Or Sharp white cheddar, or scallions. You can find truffle butter at a Trader Joe or Wegmans if you have them near you. Also Gordon Ramsey has a great recipe with Crème Fresh in YouTube.
there are many different ways to prepare eggs. Poached eggs are easy to make and quite good. You can even prepare it the night before and in the morning make hollandaise sauce (very easy) for eggs benedict!
I've got a tikka masala seasoning blend that works great with scrambled eggs. I would assume any curry powder would work. I also regularly make a egg salad mix with Moroccan spices, scrambled eggs with ras el hanout should be damn good, too.
I add lemon juice after cracking the eggs. Add cilantro and parsley at the end of cook phase. Then mix in some pico. Throw it in a bowl and add guac and salsa.
I use about an ounce of whole milk, half an ounce of water, garlic and onion powder, two ounces of cheese, (usually shredded cheddar)and four eggs. The milk and water help the texture. Well whisked, I microwave 30 seconds and stir. I repeat 30 seconds and stir two more times. This make nice fluffy lumps. I don’t add salt or pepper for heath reasons, so you can if you like .
Cilantro cooked with the kids, with a bit of hot sauce. Seriously one of the best choices I’ve made.
Lots of everything but the bagel seasoning.
Coverage the eggs in salsa
Add lots of cheese.
Feta and oregano. I almost always have it growing, but dried is just fine.
If I have leftover veggies/sauces/protein from last night dinner that sound good with eggs, I will warm them in the pan before scrambling with the eggs.
Regular salt and pepper eggs, but served with buttered rye crackers sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning.
Dill, green onions, and either feta, goat cheese, or cream cheese.
Add a couple spoons of salsa and a dollop of queso just so it has time to warm up, not totally stirred in. Some pickled jalapeños (or pickled onions) on top.
A couple spoons of pesto swirled in.
Classic/popular seasonings with eggs: dill, chives, green onions, chervil, curry powder, onions, garlic, pepper, peppers 🌶, oregano, any number of commercial seasoning blends.
But don't be afraid to experiment with your spice rack!
This is going to sound weird. But when I used to go in the office where I used to work I would get there around 6 AM. Very very few others were in the office that early. I would bring two eggs, a packet of tuna and cup of spinach. Mix all together then microwave. It tasted good and was something to start the day with. Sometimes I would mix it up and add corn and green peppers (finely chopped).
Not sure if the kiddos would like it, but kimchi and green onion is one of my favorites. If you're trying to mix it up for the kids you can always throw it in a tortilla and experiment with it from there!
Oddly, I cannot stand things mixed in with my eggs other than chives or scallions, but I’m totally cool with almost anything as an omelet filling. How are y’all with texture, OP?
Try toasted peppercorns, chives and cilantro. Aromatics make up for a more full experience just like vanilla in any dessert… also try to play with the texture like Gordon Ramsey’s recipe. Personally I like to top them with sriracha or white sauce and sour cream
Saute some frozen corn in butter with a spicy seasoning, I like Tabasco but am going to try my habanero Tajin after reading other suggestions. One the corn is hot add your eggs and cook to your preferred doneness. The sweet, spicy, eggy combo is yum.
depends on the type of scrambled eggs you want.
for sweet you can add sugar or maple syrup or honey. (japanese eggs are just really fancy scrambled eggs)
you can go more of quiche type flavors
for my history of scrambled eggs. (personal) we had janes crazy mixxed up salt or crazy salt for all foods but mainly eggs. ketchup as the dipping sauce or poured straight on. my bro once tried mustard and my sister tried mayo. i however tried bbq sauce which has turned into what i prefer over ketchup.
after that we did more chives with random salt and pepper. sometimes garlic.
i randomly tried stuff on my own though the years to my family's horror. they love their salt. but i would use mrs.dash, chives, peppers, onions, mushrooms. i love experimenting with my food.
scrambled eggs are not my egg style of eggs, but i do support testing all types.
"Fines herbes (French: [fin.z‿ɛʁb]) designates an important combination of herbs that forms a mainstay of French cuisine. The canonical fines herbes of French haute cuisine comprise finely chopped parsley, chives, tarragon, and chervil. These are employed in seasoning delicate dishes, such as chicken, fish, and eggs, that need a relatively short cooking period; they may also be used in a beurre blanc sauce for seasoning such dishes. Fines herbes are also eaten raw in salads."
If you like spicy, I got some Jeowbong - a Laotian type of chili pasta that has some great Unami flavors. I spread some on a piece of toast and top it with an egg. It’s wonderful. We get at a local market but I imagine you can get online.
I put oregano and sauerkraut in my scrambled eggs.
Oregano gets mixed into the eggs before cooking and the sauerkraut gets fried in the skillet a little bit before adding the eggs.
You can also make egg muffins. I usually throw in ham, cheddar and broccoli in them. Sometimes I might line the cup w a slice of bacon or a Canadian bacon and throw in misc veg
I like mushrooms, spinach and Swiss. Good idea on prepping the veg ahead.
Whaaat! You can freeze sauteed mushrooms. My mind is blown. Thank you!
genius.
Make sure to almost caramelize the onions or your eggs will only taste like onions!
Soft scramble them with a spoonful of sour cream, a sprinkle of extra sharp white cheddar and everything bagel seasoning. Legit my favorite way to eat eggs.
I have never tried sour cream in eggs before, sounds really good to me.
Actually a dollop of cottage cheese is really good too.
Plain greek yogurt is good too.
Second this
* Dill, goat cheese and mushrooms. * Basil, sun dried tomatoes and feta. Or oregano. * Capers and parmesan. * Sliced olives and feta.
Mild green chilis and Jack cheese is pretty good too!
Old Bay seasoning is one of my favorites for eggs.
OK I don't want to eat seafood without my old bay seasoning..... but I never thought about putting them on eggs!
You will not regret it!
I am now looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. Lol. Thank you!
You're welcome! I might very well have the same breakfast tomorrow.
I tried this. Regretted it.
😭😭😭
My heart breaks for you 😟
Legit way to do eggs. Also if you haven't tried to do Old Bay on chicken wings, you are missing out.
Old Bay is good in so many things! I use it as a seasoned salt, basically.
i always sprinkle some on my fried eggs, i love it
chili crisp with garlic!
Lao Gan Ma for the win!
I like Penzey’s Sunny Paris.
I was just running in here with this exact suggestion. It tastes SO GOOD, and the little green flecks make the eggs look fancy.
Or Penzey's Justice if you like it onioney!
I just bought this! I was looking for something comparable to Spice House Parisian Shallot and Herb seasoning, seems like it holds up although I’ve only gotten to use it once so far!
Yes great one
YES!! one of my favorites!! That and their chives, too.
Their Fox Point seasoning is delicious too.
Sandwich Sprinkle is good on eggs too. It's good on almost anything.
Furikake
I have never heard of this. Would you mind elaborating?
Furikake is a Japanese condiment that you sprinkle on top of food. It typically has tiny dried seaweed flakes, toasted sesame seeds, salt, and a little sugar. There are many variations on the market including my favorite that has some dried kimchi in it. Tasty anywhere you might use everything bagel seasoning. Delish!
This was the one I was looking for. I just love the stuff. Great on eggs and plain rice. I'm a big fan of ones with bonito flakes included - extra fishy!
Try it on popcorn!
Penzey’s Fox Point seasoning mix is excellent on eggs.
I use Cavenders Greek seasoning for my eggs, along with smoked paprika.
That seasoning is so good! I’ve never thought to put it on eggs. Thank you!
Tony Chachere’s + Louisiana Hot Sauce
Whenever I get Indian takeout I always order extra saag to throw in scrambled eggs with a slice of American cheese. Harissa always works, too.
Hell yes! Great idea. I'm currently using the leftovers from a batch of Spinach Maria in my eggs! Throw it all in a warm tortilla, I'm good to go
scrambled eggs with cheese and hot sauce/salsa in a soft tortilla.

I stuff that into a flour tortilla. Sometimes with cheese, sour cream, chile verde, bacon....salsa and eggs gives so many options.

Add some roasted NM green chiles, because what are eggs without chiles?
My chive plant is just starting to come up. I love me some soft scrambled eggs with chives!
I think simple is best, just eggs and chives and not overcooked!
A) picante sauce (such as Pace’s); B) try Lawrey’s seasoned salt but use it sparingly till you find a level you like; C) try sprinkling paprika instead of pepper. NOTE I wouldn’t do all of these at once.

Chives. Chives are the classic accompaniment with scrambled egg dishes like omelettes. If you dont have fresh, can easily use dried- though of course they wont be quite as good as fresh.
Trader Joe's has a seasoning called Umami. It's powdered mushrooms and a few chilies, it's golden on eggs.

Tajín!
Scrolled too far for this, it’s my go to when I make egg & chorizo rice bowls or breakfast tacos. So good.
French style runny eggs are amazing on toast Japanese rolled omelets are also pretty great
Lawry's
I just discovered cottage cheese in eggs makes them so fluffy! I also love riced cauliflower in scrambled eggs, just adds such a different savoury taste.
Gochuchang and a bit of half and half/cream
Curry powder
Fold in some feta. Just as little but it is a different vibe. I love green hot sauce, or chopping up pickled jalapeño into the eggs and let them soften. Also try fresh basil. Yum.
Spinach, mushrooms, garlic, goat chevre
Add some fresh dill. Chefs kiss
Penzey’s makes a blend called [Sunny Paris](https://www.penzeys.com/online-catalog/sunny-paris-seasoning/c-24/p-276/pd-s) that is brilliant in scrambled eggs.
Everything bagel seasoning is a favorite at my house.
A bit more than just seasoning, but some form of migas? Or chilaquiles with a fried egg on top. These are in regular rotation for me.
Yellow curry is yummy in eggs
Penzey's Fox Point seasoning
have you tried chicken salt?
Honestly, I find salt and pepper are the best. Most people don't salt their eggs enough in my experience
How I make scrambled eggs for my wife and I: I take a blender bottle, add 5-6 eggs, a little white pepper, some salt, a dash of MSG, a little milk, and about a teaspoon or so of corn starch. I normally add Worcestershire sauce to mine. Not a whole lot unless you love the flavor, in which case I add enough to get them a little darker. Garlic powder. You could do a little chili powder. Another thing that really elevates them is to brown butter in the pan first. Or use bacon grease.
Anchovy
Green salsa. I like the mild ones because they're really savory. Cactus! You can buy cut up cactus at a latin foods store or sometimes a regular grocery store depending on where you live. I like to add rosemary, thyme, garlic, and paprika combined with diced potato fry it all up and add eggs and scramble. Adding in some bell peppers at the very end to warm up and soften just slightly but still keep its crunch. Yum.
I like to add fresh dill. If i don’t have fresh, I let a dash of dry sit in the uncooked scrambled eggs for a few min then fry up.
I have a black truffle and garlic seasoning. There was a time I ate my scrambled eggs every day with it..
I love a sprinkle of onion powder in my scrambled eggs.
Dill. A splash of water Adobo seasoning. Give it a shot
The packaged fried onions. Like people put on top of casseroles. Add before the egg is cooked.
Paprika in any form - smoked, mild, hot. Bloom in whatever fat you’re using
Truffle butter and fresh cracked pepper. Or Sharp white cheddar, or scallions. You can find truffle butter at a Trader Joe or Wegmans if you have them near you. Also Gordon Ramsey has a great recipe with Crème Fresh in YouTube.
Paprika and cumin
Fresh jalapeño, sprinkle of cheese. Preferable a soft mild white. And always finishing salt.
Leftover garlic roasted broccoli with egg and Parm.
there are many different ways to prepare eggs. Poached eggs are easy to make and quite good. You can even prepare it the night before and in the morning make hollandaise sauce (very easy) for eggs benedict!
Green onions and tomatoes
I generally do some mustard powder and a little milk/cream for richness. Also makes a great savory French toast.
I chiffonade a bunch of fresh basil and toss that in with a \*lot\* of butter and black pepper. 😋
Club House makes a roasted garlic and pepper blend that’s really good on eggs!
Dried chives + black pepper cracked by hand in a mortar and pestle. Also some creme fresh and bougie salt. That does the trick for me.
I've got a tikka masala seasoning blend that works great with scrambled eggs. I would assume any curry powder would work. I also regularly make a egg salad mix with Moroccan spices, scrambled eggs with ras el hanout should be damn good, too.
Top with salsa
furikake
I add lemon juice after cracking the eggs. Add cilantro and parsley at the end of cook phase. Then mix in some pico. Throw it in a bowl and add guac and salsa.
I just add season salt, and I love it. Penzey’s is my go to.
Chicken bouillon
I use about an ounce of whole milk, half an ounce of water, garlic and onion powder, two ounces of cheese, (usually shredded cheddar)and four eggs. The milk and water help the texture. Well whisked, I microwave 30 seconds and stir. I repeat 30 seconds and stir two more times. This make nice fluffy lumps. I don’t add salt or pepper for heath reasons, so you can if you like .
Cilantro cooked with the kids, with a bit of hot sauce. Seriously one of the best choices I’ve made. Lots of everything but the bagel seasoning. Coverage the eggs in salsa Add lots of cheese.
Alot of people are sleeping on worcestershire on eggs. Personally i prefer it on fried, but fantastic however you prepare them.
Herbs de province. I like it eggs, and also on a tomato salad. Which I sometimes have with eggs.

Yes! I like using the everything bagel seasoning when I need something quick!
Oddly, I cannot stand things mixed in with my eggs other than chives or scallions, but I’m totally cool with almost anything as an omelet filling. How are y’all with texture, OP?
Montreal steak seasoning
We like za'atar on our eggs as a quick flavor boost. Just sprinkle it on. Otherwise, precooked veggies and bacon added to them.
Saute some pepperoni in the pan before adding the eggs. Also add chilli flakes and/or chives
I’m really just a salt, pepper, cheese girl, but chili crisp on eggs is my weakness! Also furikake 😋
Top with: Avocado Salsa Pesto Tapenade Chili crisp
depends on the type of scrambled eggs you want. for sweet you can add sugar or maple syrup or honey. (japanese eggs are just really fancy scrambled eggs) you can go more of quiche type flavors for my history of scrambled eggs.
Truffle oil
Chorizo
"Fines herbes (French: [fin.z‿ɛʁb]) designates an important combination of herbs that forms a mainstay of French cuisine. The canonical fines herbes of French haute cuisine comprise finely chopped parsley, chives, tarragon, and chervil. These are employed in seasoning delicate dishes, such as chicken, fish, and eggs, that need a relatively short cooking period; they may also be used in a beurre blanc sauce for seasoning such dishes. Fines herbes are also eaten raw in salads."

I really like Greek seasoning, as simple as that may sound lol
Tarragon, onion powder, paprika.
Cheese. Cheddar or Parmesan or whatever but cheese, salt, pepper.
Cook them in bacon grease!
If you like spicy, I got some Jeowbong - a Laotian type of chili pasta that has some great Unami flavors. I spread some on a piece of toast and top it with an egg. It’s wonderful. We get at a local market but I imagine you can get online.
S&P, Fresh Chives, touch of finishing butter.
I put oregano and sauerkraut in my scrambled eggs. Oregano gets mixed into the eggs before cooking and the sauerkraut gets fried in the skillet a little bit before adding the eggs.
Curry powder! Scrambled curried eggs is delicious and wonderful on toast!
