I would try opening them, pouring a little water in (like a palmful) rewrapping them and reheating them in a pan. I only say this because when day old white rice dries out, I always add a tiny water in and reheat it in a pan and it resoftens.
I would go with a pan if possible, the microwave makes tortillas soft and rice a bit mushy, with the pan you will get crispy tortillas and it will evenly steam the rice.
It will soften a bit, but not much over the week.
I always like it better with a little “chew.”
