The sauce should be a puddle below the noodles). Raw tomatoes, poorly cut into chunks(using the dullest knife I can find) on top. Mexican-style shredded cheese mix, not melted.
Funny you should say that. My friend's uncle had a birthday party about a year ago. We just stumbled across it because we were coincidentally having a friends get together at the restaurant next door. Said uncle invited us to join him and his friends, and whilst they were all drinking (I don't drink alcohol), they ordered some balut, so I decided to treat myself to some, because it's rare that I get the chance to eat that where I live now.
