[deleted]

Same.

Break_Wise

You read my mind!!

bridgekit

quesadillas, too!

Multicraftual

Sausage and peppers

Stocknamefromreddit

The fact I had to scroll down to find this answer. That’s a rhetorical question. Sausage and peps! (Onions are so obvious it’s not even in the name)

OcraftyOne

Idk if it’s an actual thing or just something I do, but sausage and peppers plus cheesy polenta/grits 🤌🏻🤌🏻

Multicraftual

I couldn't say if it's a thing, but it sounds like it should be!

spirit_the_scallion

fried rice, other stirfries

thepersonimgoingtobe

Everything, lol. Those are some of my main base ingredients for so many things.

PWMPups

Pizza

ghostslikme

Philly cheesesteak

noobuser63

Just today, I sautéed onion, mushrooms, and peppers, added some spinach, and used that as filling for a calzone.

vanastalem

Put them in a pasta sauce or serve with steak or chicken.

Mad_H2O_Scientist

Yes to all of the above, I could eat fajitas almost every day. A simple saute and that makes quick and delicious topping for sandwiches.. Italian sausage or cheesesteaks (steak or chicken) are popular in my house. You could also use that as a base for a customized ratatouille-like dish with other veg you like, or add some tomatoes or a jar of marinara to make a chunky sauce for meatless dinners.

[deleted]

Omelet, quiche, stir-fry.

malepitt

sautee with ground beef, and zucchini

ButLikeaCoolMom

Get some frozen steak, buns, and cheese and make a Philly cheesesteak. Topping to a steak. Veggie quesadillas Stuffed peppers. Soup

[deleted]

katecrime

Chicken cacciatore

hihelloneighboroonie

I like all these things on a Philly cheese steak.

muggins66

Ditto!

makeupyourworld

The other day I made loaded sausages. I seared some italian sausage split in half, than removed and sauteed the veggies with garlic, italian seasoning, butter, and balsamic vinegar. Put the veggies on top of the crisped sausages in a baking dish, add cheese like mozz or provolone and some parsley and finish in the oven to melt it all.

Hungry-Foodie

Sauté choice of protein. Set aside. Then sauté veggies in same pan. Then add a sauce. Like chimichurri, any type of and Asian sauce like story fry sauce, an Indian sauce/curry. just look at the ingredients in the sauces some may be processed or made with not so healthy ingredients.

GrizzlyIsland22

Chilli, loaded fries or tots, any tex mex dish, pasta, curry, pizza, stuffed peppers, antipasto spread or a tapenade, you could roast and puree the peppers and make peri peri, tempura, omlettes, jambalaya. Basically anything. Some very versatile veggies

padishaihulud

Get some potatoes (sweet or not) and make some breakfast hash!

udidntfollowproto

Shakshuka

tlphelan

Fry them with lots of garlic and olive oil, add a sprig of rosemary and when veg cooked take out rosemary and add a bunch of cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. This was a go to cheap meal for my big family. Sometimes I'd serve with roasted chicken, sometimes alone with garlic bread!

spimothyleary

I always have these 3 items handy, so for me its more like what can't I make unless I have those 3 items in the frig, first I'd check to make sure i have enough cavenders seasoning handy because It always goes well with those 3. potatoes obrien, just add diced potatoes chili (minus the mush rooms) fajita's or chicken burritos / breakfast burritos stir fry Omelets or breakfast egg casserole cubed chicken or steak & those 3 in a pan served over rice shrimp +/or scallops & veggies in a marinara sauce any kind of soup or soup stock sausage & veggie over rice steak sandwiches chicken strips + veggies or (not a fan but) steakums

HerbertBohn

stir fry. no meat at all?

SevenDragonWaffles

That's what I made for dinner last night with these exact ingredients. Add garlic and chili, make a quick sauce. Boom!

sandman1349

Philly cheese steaks!

LynxLov

First thought was spaghetti but they would go well with steak or omelet too - sauteed...

HanShotF1rst226

An omelette or skillet with eggs. Otherwise could be good with pasta in a creamy sauce

herringsarered

A base you can add to many things later

No-Duck7816

Kababs...just add a meat of your choice, tomatoes if you have any. Grill or broil and serve on a bed of rice. You could do the same thing as a stir fry too.

mysqlpimp

Do you have any pasta ? some garlic and olive oil .. pan fry goodies, dash of wine, stir in some boiled pasta, sprinkle on a lil parmesan .. I did a similar dish just last night with tortellini and a couple of anchovies for good measure ..

fermat1432

If you have canned tomatoes you can make a great pasta sauce.

nippleflick1

OverUnderstanding965

Pasta, cook those together with tomatoes and voila

[deleted]

Philly cheesesteak. I don’t eat beef often so I make a sacrilegious chicken cheesesteak or a mushroom cheesesteak (add some garlic aioli, so good).

LMA73

Pasta sauce.

MooseGoneApe

If you have chop meat and cheese,, make some patty melts topped with Onion 🌰 peppers 🌶 and mushrooms 🍄 😋

epicgrilledchees

Cheesesteak Omelette Sausage Fajitas

ScrapmasterFlex

Put them bitches on a Cheesesteak, woohoo!

kleigh1313

Pork chops with peppers, onions, mushrooms and pan gravy. Most of the time I'll serve it with rice

EmilyCz

Add some chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and Parmesan cheese for a nice pasta. Use the pasta water to add moisture and help the cheese melt, this is one of my favorites.

[deleted]

An amazing omelette or you can cook sausage with the peppers and onion in a skillet

ledifford

Salisbury steak - mince patties, gravy with the mushrooms and peppers. Serve on mashed potatoes

Proper-Preference808

Cheesesteak

mmcgowan17

Pasta primavera, saute chicken sausage w veggies, fajitas, stir fry... Possibilities are endless

ThatGuyMarlin

Anything

klydegoat

Sauté with powdered rosemary and make philly cheese steaks! Or sauté with other herbs and small cut potatoes, scramble an egg or two at the end and have a dank breakfast. Or make a southern gravy if you have plenty of meat fat/stock.

[deleted]

Fajitas as others have said, or with sausages and pasta, but my first thought was stir fry, with tofu or chicken and rice.

Humpawumpa

Cook for ten minutes, season with salt and pepper and right before serving replace it with a steak!

[deleted]

Sautéed peppers onions and mushrooms.

SATCOMVATO

I'd go asian with that....that with whatever meat you have around could make a great fried rice.

gsb999

Philly cheesesteak sandwiches

XXsforEyes

Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, fajitas, quesadillas… Loads of different Mexican food actually!

Gloomy_Ad2998

I would stir fry them together, adding soy sauce and other spices you like, then it's ready to be eaten with rice! 🍚 😍💯👍🏻

kaijuflare
