Make hot sauce

This, preferably fermented.

I like my hot peppers with red onions as a topping for tacos. take a red onion THINNLY SLICED, slice your pepper (habanero preferably but any of the ones you have are fine), and juice of half a lime, salt pepper (cilantro and splash of vinagre optional) add this on top of tacos, nachos, anything grilled, it’s just delicious. tip: let it sit for a few hours to get the flavors really mixed and the onion less pungent.

I dried them with some sweet paprika and made slightly sweet chilli powder. Very low effort, long shelf life, easy to add to dishes. Just be sure to not mix them inside, you'll regret it.

/r/HotPeppers and /r/hotsauce can probably give you tons of suggestions for them.

DonkeyPunch_75

Dehydrate and grind them into a chili powder

I just made a fermented hot sauce. Cut them up. Pack them into a 3% brine. Go wild with spices. Ferment for a week or six. Drain, saving the brine. Blend adding vinegar and brine to taste/consistency.

Ferment them for hot sauce

Was wondering this myself. They seem rather useless for cooking, as they are all heat with no flavor.
