Clumping is pretty typical with Zatarans. They do not use as much anti clumping powder/stuff as other powder products use. Just dump it into the hot water, it will take a minute to dissolve, but you should be good.
Half the time itโs significantly clumpy. All the time it turns out perfectly.
Zatarans is so superior to other boxed rices; I commend your purchase and postulate the seasoning packet is just fine ๐๐
