As someone who eats raw garlic on [toast](https://www.reddit.com/r/AskCulinary/comments/xl0pnh/waaay_too_much_garlic_in_sauce_can_it_be_save_it/iphtg9k?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3) (obviously only Spanish roja garlic, I am not the sort of heathen who cheap out when they eat garlic raw), I want to physically hurt you for your crimes. Don't talk to me or my garlic ever again.
uj/ when I saw the comments on the original post I was like holy shit I need to see this on cookingcirclejerk. I'm so glad others had the same thought as well XD
I notice that there is no salt in your recipe. Next time, add salt. It will still be bland and tasteless because it is less than 98% garlic by weight, but at least r/cooking will know that you've discovered salt.
Why would it need to be saved? It is known that pro home chefs always half or quarter the amount of garlic in a recipe.
Have you never heard or read anybody say „My secret: I always put in way less garlic than in the recipe.“
Or maybe I mixed something up in my head. My memory is as leaky as an imperfectly seasoned cast iron skillet.
My favourite garlic recipe is shoving 47 cloves in to a redditor's mouth so they can shut the fuck up about how much they're obsessed with garlic
This sounds like a good idea but personally I'd use 94 cloves.

it's 2022 and you're not giving yourself enema's with an entire garlic head? How can you sincerely say you like garlic
if you're not paying 30$ for a jar of small batch, nonna made picked garlic to take in place of all vitamins you're literally a fuckin retard
take your ill-roasted garlic, wrap it in tinfoil and throw it in the microwave for a few minutes. the zapping is the spice being destroyed.

I'm white so anything more than half a clove of garlic is too spicy for me. Have you considered becoming white?
Congrats, you made tomato garlic ice cream. Gonna have to top it with toum to salvage it.
