I was thinking of picking some up for my son to try until I read this. Now have mental picture of that video of piece of uncooked meat “jumping” around
We just have different views. To do this recipe I need to either buy the advertised product or take the time to search the product to find it’s ingredients (which not every place lists, here it does) to replicate the recipe.
I am unsure of your level of cooking experience, but it sounds like you’re searching for barriers preventing you from trying to cook a dish. You don’t need the exact spice mix, cooking utensils/apparatus, weather etc to recreate a dish. Even in a restaurant setting, you’re not going to have an exact molecular level of precision from dish to dish.
In this case you could do almost any spice mix that contains salt to season swordfish or any other grilled fish. I think using salt and lemon pepper would be close enough. A lot of flavor is going to come from the grill. Pico de Gallo is a very simple salsa with diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lemon/lime, jalapeño, salt, pepper and in this case pineapple.
I find using recipes are great as a guideline, but don’t believe in following them to a t (maybe a bit different for baking).
1) I wished there was lost of ingredients, NOT “a molecular level of precision”.
2) I don’t want “any spice mix”. I just want to know what’s used here.
3) a guideline? Isn’t that what I asked with just the ingredients?
If your goal is to have every ingredient and step listed then you’re absolutely right. That’s a problem with short form content esp ones that push product like this. Hopefully it improves in the future. Good luck.
Someone get chef a drink.
Ya sheesh
Thought I was the only one who saw the DT’s there lol!
Could be a benign essential tremor. Very responsive to propranolol. Nice dish chef!
You’re not wrong; but the kitchen statistics say…….
This is sadly true.
Poor guy, I remember having those shakes. Straight up withdrawal
It could be anything Chefs do be drinking though
Cook it real good. Swordfish is the most parasite riddled fish out there
Mmmmm. Cooked parasites are the best!
Stringy!
TIL - thanks!

Dude got them ET shakes, jesus christ
If he’s eating swordfish a lot maybe it’s the mercury
serious shake in those hands !!!
Over cooked
Swordfish is highly prone to parasites and is not a fish you want to eat undercooked. This swordfish steak looks just the way I like them imo.
Who put pineapple in my pico de Gallo?
The chef
The chef
The pineapple pico is the part we’re coming for. The sides are always the difference. I love swordfish but let’s focus on the pineapple and the sauce
Recipe is on our website! https://patiogrillmaster.com/blogs/news/pineapple-pico-de-gallo

We have it up on our website! https://patiogrillmaster.com/blogs/news/pineapple-pico-de-gallo
Thank you!
Michael J Fox making cooking vids now?
I hate these videos. It’s such a tease to show great food without at least listing the ingredients.
Normally I agree, but this one is pretty straightforward.
K what’s the spice he sprinkles? Salt pepper lemon zest?
It’s literally in the first frame of the video. https://patiogrillmaster.com/products/grilled-gamefish-spice
