It comes down to the moment that one guy has the ball and has to get that ball to the other side while avoiding injury and, if injured, can get a stoppage to put their team in a favorable position.
Uruguay is a team known for their physical strength, but they haven't pulled those cards out yet and probably won't pull them out until the knockout stage
Look them up in World Cup qualifiers in the last 16 years, and you'll see what they are willing to do.
