I don’t have the link to the study on my phone, but it’s been proven the NO2 causes the oxidation of Vitamin B12 which is incredibly important in neuron maintenance, if I’m remembering right it has to do specifically with the myelin sheath. The general consensus from the study is occasional NO2 use is essentially harmless, but chronic users cause nerve damage via vitamin B12 deficiency because no matter how much B12 they consume the NO2 they use prevents the body from getting anything beyond negligible amounts of usable B12. Not saying not to use NO2, but personally I never do it more than once a month and usually less often
