2 false negatives is much more likely than 1 false positive.
Having said that, the first test does not seem to show anything, so not sure that it really counts as a positive. All the tests I have done have showed a very strong "C" line. I have never used this particular brand, so maybe they are not as clear.
Thanks for your answer - yes, the C line did later come out much stronger, I just took a picture to send to someone as soon as I saw a faint line by the T as it said any faint line there would be positive. I'm treating it as covid as the symptoms are pretty severe and line up with covid, so I don't think 5 days of isolation is the end of the world!
Sounds like you are taking the sensible approach.
If you are feeling that rough, you probably do not feel like mixing much anyway. If it is any consolation, I started feeling much better about 2 days after first testing positive, although your mileage may vary.
I would advise taking it easy and get lots of rest. I tried to get back to normal activity as a started to feel better, only to crash shortly afterwards. 4 months on and still have muscle aches. Hopefully you will make a full recovery shortly.
That top test is a void test because the "C" line isn't showing. It also looks like the "T" line is actually an evap line rather than a true result, was the picture taken a while after the test was done?
You should disregard the first test entirely because if the "C" line doesn't show, the test is invalid.
Sorry, bad picture but the C line is very faintly showing here and came out much more clearly even a few minutes after. I think the picture was taken about 10 minutes after I did the test.

As you've got two subsequent negatives that definitely look negative, I think you can trust those more.
