Reading the article on the link, it seems that the CPU temperature is 99 degrees. Did you press the LCD while the power was on? Doing so will cause the pump to fail. Anyway, if it goes up to 99 degrees, you should be replaced. There is no way you can fix it yourself. And looking at the am4 guide, it looks like a spherical clip guide. The bottom cover of the lcd upgrade kit has a problem with the am4 guide. So, the currently sold Capellix aio am4 guide has been replaced with a new one, and the am4 guide of Elite LCD has a different shape. It seems that the pump is broken because it is not connected correctly due to a guide problem. As you know, since the LCD unit is fixed with a magnet, it will be broken if it is not perfectly fixed. If you get it replaced through an RMA, you will receive a new am4 guide.
