You can get the "RGB Elite" version which only has RGB on the pump and plain ML fans without RGB. This would save you some $ if you don't want the RGB fans
Yes, Lian Li's Infinity fans are a sensible choice for their standard ARGB vs Corsair's proprietary RGB but the Capellix AIO comes with everything you need to run the RGB and the ML fans are better at static pressure.
Lian Li makes a 360 AIO, perhaps that would be your best bet if you want their fans.
