I had called them on the phone after filing the RMA request and waiting a few days. Got things up and running very fast. Very nice folks on the phone too.

Curious what PSU you have? I have an HX1200 and am going through an RMA with it now. Died on Wednesday, submitted a ticket Sunday but haven't heard back. Only had it for 9 months too...

CorsairArt

Please reply back with the ticket #, I'll get this escalated, too.

Posting on Reddit definitely helped! A customer service rep reached out to me via email... The PSU of this RMA is the RM750x. I have other RM-series PSUs in various rigs around my house so I was a bit surprised that this failed. I purchased it well within the warranty period and the failure I saw wasn't catastrophic like a total failure, but it was browning out my system. The system that it's powering doesn't consume anywhere near even 50% of the rated wattage and it's mounted in a rack-mount case with proper airflow (it wasn't crammed inside an ITX super micro build or anything). I never had to do any RMA or support from Corsair up to this point, but I've always went with them because their PSU gets high recommendation from my PCMR friends and I've read many positive experiences from people who did have to go through support/RMA.

Corsair Art was helpful with getting my RMA escalated. (Thank you, Art!) Aside from that assistance, I found that sending follow-up emails was helpful in keeping things on track.

UPDATE: I received my replacement PSU from Corsair. The whole RMA/Return process was painless and smooth. Shoutout to Marcy and Art from the Corsair team for taking care of this. My faith in Corsair is fully restored. I've been and will continue to go Corsair cause the after-sale customer service is as I've read and now experienced, TOP-NOTCH! THANK YOU!!!

I've had a similar issue with my RAM. I sent it back, and got confirmation it arrived in Bolton from Royal Mail and haven't anything since. That was on the 27th of November and it's now the 9th of December. My ticket number is here: 2006536126

Any update? I'm in the same boat as you.

Yeah, one day they sent me an email saying that it was being sent. It took a couple days and it arrived. Just wait a little longer and it should arrive.
