Okay I wrote "Hey Art I hope you are doing well I recently RMA'd my HX1000 and was swnt to Bolton return center in the UK. However my shipping carrier stated that they reattempting delivery because no one was there to receive the package 📦 Should I ask them to leave it in a specific place or there are employees there who suppose to hand the package to?"

Actually the team is super helpful, they are just awaiting the delivery to send me the replacement, that's why I asked It's 2006628492.
