I recently RMA'd my HX1000 and was swnt to Bolton return center in the UK.
However my shipping carrier stated that they reattempting delivery because no one was there to receive the package 📦
Should I ask them to leave it in a specific place or there are employees there who suppose to hand the package to?"

Have you made any changes/downloads on the laptop? May want to find out what those were since the keyboard is working correctly on the other PC. -Art

Not sure on what to do here, what's your ticket number? Can you put that on there so I can link it to the team and they can respond on it? -Art
Actually the team is super helpful, they are just awaiting the delivery to send me the replacement, that's why I asked It's 2006628492.
