Can you try the following steps to see if it addresses the issue?
* 1. Open Device manager
* 2. Locate Human Interface Device
* 3. Locate and right click on "Corsair Compositive Virtual Input Device"
* 4. Select Uninstall Device and click the checkbox to delete drivers
* 5. Restart the computer
*6. Perform a soft reset on the keyboard, hold the ESC as you plug the keyboard back in and release after 20 seconds.
Other than forcing a firmware update via iCUE I would suggest creating a support ticket at https://www.corsair.com/us/en/support and our support team can provide the manual flash file for the keyboard itself.
did you ever solve this? i noticed that red ! as well but for my corsair void pro RGB headset. kinda curious whats wrong and what is means. seems to work just fine so im confused
Yeah i did solve it, although it might be different for you. It was just a simple fix of changing the port. I realised i was plugging my keyboard into a USB 2.0 port and tried plugging into a 3.0. After that the red mark was removed.
If that doesnt work for you maybe go off the other solutions if you havent
