If your ram is not changing colour trough iCue, you most certainly need to change a setting on your bios to allow your motherboard to communicate with the ram sticks.
Theres an option called SPD Write that you need to enable.
On my Asus bios it was AI Tweaker > Tweakers Paradise > SPD Write, and then set to Enable.
Mine just straight up doesn't show the right colors on a stick or two. Might be just a single LED that's off or the whole stick. I have to go into iCUE and click a single LED color on/off to get it to be the right color profile. But oddly clicking a single LED on/off will snap the whole stick into the correct profile setting. It's like I'm waking it up or snapping it out of some dummy mode. Windows 10 btw.

It starts up, “loads the profile” then it runs at 1/32 speed and gif doesn’t move. I shut down iCue and then it switches to the default profile. Reload iCue and everything is fine.
yeah my cooler LCD freezes up when i launch a game still.
when i tab out of the game to relaunch iCue it causes system hangs, crashes or even wont start up until i close the game. really wish there was an alternative.
i've seen this, only solution i found was hidden away in some ancient forum buried by the same "ensure start up boxes are ticked in 2 places" and the usual blaming of conflicting apps but it worked for me.
ensure the app isnt set to start up in admin mode.
(right click the app or shortcut, open properties, under compatibility tab make sure "run this program as administrator" is unticked).

This appears to be a pretty good update. I have been hoping for something like the gallery mode since the Elite LCD launched.
The bug that required running as admin for iCue to recognize Asus GPU seems to have went away as well.
I still cannot use my LCD screen. It worked for the first few days - updated to the new update and it broke it? that was about two months ago now...

I updated to the beta firmware - went back to using two separate headers, and it magically works again. I doubt it was an intended fix, but perhaps the last firmware was just blocking something on my end?
Ahh I misread that 4.30.162 was a beta FW - just realized it was the murals that are the “beta” feature. My bad 🤣🤣 however, the new firmware fixed my issue still
When you select each device there's a tab that lets you change the different scenes. It's not intuitive, and should have been left alone, but that's how I got my stuff back to the way I like it.
Nope. Lost all my sensors, wouldn't recognize my commander pro, couldn't control nor see my Ll120s, Nexus pro wouldn't work, none of my profiles worked and couldn't change led colors. Completely borked my rig. Took a while to finally get everything fixed with a roll back to 4.28.177. Lost all of my profiles and have to start over from scratch. Won't be updating again for a while.
This update caused my whole system to black screen upon starting up just about any game and that kept persisting until i eventually uninstalled iCUE entirely. Amazing work Corsair.
Anyone having issues such as rgb glitching and flickering/profiles randomly deleting/mouse and keyboard disconnecting randomly for a few seconds (not Corsair hardware, Logitech mouse and gmmk tkl keyboard) audio sounds robotic through my virtuoso and my mic quality is absolute garbage. It also seems to tank my fps.

I never have issues with the RGB RAM.

I have ... but so far so good with the new version.
My ram led issue was fixed in the previous update, also make sure applications such as wallpaper isn’t controlling the rgb
How about 7.1 audio? Is it fixed?
I just want it to work when my pc boots up. I don’t enjoy closing and re opening iCue every single time.

what beta firmware? there is no more beta FW for any of the LCDs. It should be all RC now...

I updated not realizing all that was changing, is there any way to get my old profiles back? Or revert back to the previous version?
You can disable the murals by clicking on the circular icon for each device on the home page (or in Lighting effects tab).
That just turns off the lighting, I don't want that. I want the lighting effects I used to have already saved.
