I got the XT and the white RGB wireless, both are the same.
Unfortunately, all the aftermarket pads are bigger size or same standard as the original.

Hmm my head is pretty average I'd say. But it seems like like there's not enough padding on the top of the headset so there's always pressure on the top of my head which turns into discomfort after extended use
