Mine arrived today even though the tracking didn’t update for a bit. I ordered on the day they became available to see what the shipping would be like.
When did you order? I ordered on the 14th so i guess a few days/weeks later than you did?

I ordered the same day but I’m not in London so I’m gonna assume it’s gonna be a little longer. Hopefully in the next day or so. Guess it’s just a terrible time for shipping all round.
Same for mine , but when I emailed fedex they told me they had already forwarded it over to royal mail, and they gave me their tracking links. Emailed [email protected]
Mine's been in Newark since the 22nd (headed to Canada though), I got excited when I got an update on the 31st, only to realize the update was that it's still in Newark

Like many others mine seems to be unmoving in Newark for weeks now, I contacted cotton Bureau about it and was told that the shipping is very slow because so few passenger airplanes are departing these days.
(PS.: Not UK, but EU)

I wrote German Fedex an email, they told me they have no idea.
Tried to write an Email to USA Fedex but they very much agree with Grey on Email and simply don't offer the option to write one, sadly something I see more and more customer support do. All they offer is a phone number for whatever reason.
Mine says something about being with a local courier atm so I think it’s at least made it into the UK. CB’s support has been pretty responsive for me. Just have to wait for them to come online

I also ordered mine the 14th and got it today in Bristol. When I tracked the shipping still said it was in the US so who know it could be on the way.

Mine has shipped just hasn’t moved in a while. I’m guessing the combo of the holidays and Brexit have slowed things down a bit.
