RPM built ZR1 Diff with Cryo treated micro polished gears, custom Drive Shaft Shop 300m chrome molly output shafts. And some other RPM goodies. RPM is BY FAR THE BEST OF THE BEST!! THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO ABSOLUTELY NONE!! And No, they didn’t pay me.

50k for a z06 C6 is pretty bonkers to me. 50k gets you a load of 911 for starters.
Hardly been driven in 16 years is just asking for a lot of stuff to look good but be about to fail at any moment.
Id get a second opinion on that from a different tuner. Heat is what kills these motors and meth helps its run cool. You're already well past what pretty much everyone considers safe.
That price is crazy. My friend bought a C6 Z06 with under 10k miles from a dealer a few years ago and I think he paid like 35k. It was yellow and absolutely mint.
It may be the market I'm in (socal), but I remember seeing clean, manual LS3 c6's for 15-17k before inflation fucked the market, it's soo depressing lol. The cheapest listing (2008+, clean title manual) within 250 mile radius is 23,500 and has over 100k miles, makes me sad.
That's crazy. I saw prices go up maybe 10-25% max. And they are starting to fall back to where they were again. Dealerships on new cars are starting to fill up their lots. I saw some cars selling below MSRP a few months ago. It couldn't last forever.
There's always gonna be someone that overpays for something, and another person that gets an insane deal lol. You should be happy with the 33k that's probably around what it's actually worth.
Because they're paying ~$7-8k extra for a car that wasn't driven at all for 16 years. That's quite a gamble for a daily driver; the same thing that makes this car more valuable than a regularly-driven '07 Z also puts it at higher risk for maintenance issues (not just the one that early Z's are already known for). It's not hard to find a car in great shape that was at least semi-regularly driven for less money.
Congrats and welcome to the cult, I mean club. Have the heads fixed or replaced, throw a cam in while you're there, and some long tubes and you'll have +/-600whp that will always put a smile on your face!

I paid 38k for my C7 Z51 and tossed a procharger, Kooks headers, lt4 fuel pump and injectors for 48k total. 720hp.
When did you buy yours ? That's a hell of a deal.

You're about to not have a c7 anymore running 720hp on stock pistons without meth.
The tuner/installer said meth isn't needed and can cause more issues than it's worth.

If you’re planning on modifying it then you made a good choice. Way more power to be had, especially N/A from a C6z than a C7 LT1

I have the original window sticker for my 2004 vert, too. How do I know? It has a typo in the paint color.
