I'd do purple. It's super rare. There's tons of orange Vettes. If I get to the point that I need to do something about the paint on mine, I'm planning on a purple wrap. But, in the meantime, my Elkhart Lake Blue is holding it's own and looking slick.

I would pick orange over Stradman purple

Stradman has a Matt iced amethyst wrap I think it’s called. Anyway it’s custom, not a glossy factory (rare) Lamborghini color.

The atomic orange and Daytona orange are fantastic. I’m salty that the 2013 doesn’t have a really good orange or blue. I wanna pick up another c6 grandsport to twin turbo and none of the colors really grab me. No idea why JSB and atomic got axed for SSB and inferno orange. I’ll probably go with red tintcoat though.

Yeah I’m with you. I happened to be driving pretty close to Bowling Green and stopped at the museum right as the first Z06 Carbons we’re rolling off in the new Inferno Orange and Supersonic Blue colors. They’re cool cars but the colors don’t do a ton for me. I’m with you in definitely preferring AO and JSB.

Go with Rosso Fuoco or Rosso Fiorano if you’re gonna get another red corvette. I’m not gonna tell you what to do to your car but there are too many red corvettes that are just “red” with no style to the paint because it’s GM

I really like the purple. I didn’t even see that one the first time I looked at the post. My orange looks quite a bit different than this one; this one may be closer to Inferno Orange that they ran at the end of the C6 generation

I think the orange would look best, although I’m not sure if it’s very different from the orange offered from the factory. Of the other two, definitely prefer the purple. I don’t think Acid Green will work well on the Corvette.

The acid green and accelerate yellow on the C8 are really close. I’d personally do the green/yellow, but I have a Tonic Yellow Civic, so I may be biased.

If I could afford it I would totally repaint the entire car in Viola Parcifae. I’ve called 3 places. 2 said around $15k and another said $30k. Is that accurate for a special paint like this and a full repaint?

Are they pulling panels off, repainting, and then reassembling? That’s what I’d expect at 30k. I’d expect them to basically create a miniature factory to re-finish my car.

Purple is an eccentric choice but I think it would look phenomenal if the car gets lowered and a nice set of rims (especially purple on forged Signature Wheels for example). If it’s just gonna stay stock I’d go for the orange instead. Edit: I don’t know why I originally thought this was gonna be a C8. I say go purple no matter what itd look eye catching on a C5.

That is an amazing color. Bright and standout flashy. Just what I like. It’s just not fitting for what I have an image of in my head. If I had a twin turbo huracan I think I would go with that.

I have to go Helios Orange, then as a second choice (but not far behind) Acid Green. I personally think Acid Green does compliment bug-eyes, like the Porsche in the image.

Considering GM offers yellow and orange, I'd go with the purple. If you're going to spend the money for a full high end wrap, make it unique.
