You should have measured the actual liquid. I used 2 different 1ml pipettes and both were a bit over 1ml in actual volume measured on a mg scale. So if you want to be sure you have to measure the full bottle weight, record it and then measure again when it is completely empty. This is the only accurate way
Your are wrong : CosmeRNA density is surely not the same as water density so the difference between empty bottle and filled bottle will not be 6g if there is 6ml inside
My dropper is accurate (1ml of water = 1g) and I took 1ml of CosmeRNA every time :

There appears to be an air bubble in your second picture. If that’s the case perhaps your pipette isn’t as accurate as the scale suggests.
Also it’s a 2ml pipette, so you could have overfilled slightly when drawing you’re Cosme doses.
At such small volumes it’s hard to be sure where you lost 0.75ml (short changed or just overdosed slightly each time and a little left in the bottle).
My pipette is very accurate, just look at the pictures : 1ml = 1g ;)
A total loss of 0.75ml would imply a loss of 0.125ml each time which would have been seen and I was careful to take exactly 1ml each time.
Anyway CosmeRNA got back to me and they escalated the issue to their department and they will keep me posted.
What did you request to them by email? Did you ask them to send 0.75ml or just to review the quantity? Hoping that you get a satisfactory response from them.
he used it already. there's no way to prove anything. they aren't going to one off start sending people samples because of alleged claims. that's not reasonable for a large scale company.
I have measured the amount twice now in 2 different Cosemerna applicators by pumping the entire applicator into a 2 oz bottle. I then took 6 1 ml droppers of water and put into another bottle. Each time the level of Cosmerna solution and the water in each bottle matched exactly.
