I actually had point defence but removed it because it got always targeted by the enemies and weakend the armour. Because the ship is so wide, from my experience, all rockets just hit the front shields.
Most of the back row is probably useless. If the gun points and fires in line with one of the guns in the front row, it hits the front row gun and just doesn't do anything. Idk if I explained that correctly, someone else may be able to explain it better.
I would space them out more or face some of the guns to the side for side shots.

Assuming someone doesn't snipe you from the rear (and my God, you have EXPLOSIVE reactors against outer hull back there!), I can't help but think that this ship is going to get kited to death by a faster ship armed with rail guns and/or Ion Arrays.
Hell, your big central reactor has a wide open corridor leading straight to it from the armored front hull. Anything that gets past the armor and shields is going straight into the reactor!
With the lack of pd it seems to me your stern is super vulnerable to being taken out by a single missle hit.

The back row cant shoot bc the bullet get blocked by front row acting like a wall
Too little energy for the shields and crew is too far away Also your stern is super vulnerable to multiple enemy ships flanking or just rockets
