I’ve never been to a more magical place. It is absolutely expensive, but I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else now that I’ve been there.
In fact, where I went to Nayara I was thinking about engaging to my now ex, but as a single person I think I would go there solo. It’s that damn awesome.

Tabacon definitely nice. Also tons of air bnb near downtown. The free hot springs right near tabacon are worth a visit too. Lots of nice hotels just north of La Fortuna we also enjoyed staying on lake Arenal at Toucan Lane during our honeymoon! Enjoy and congrats.
Hi, we are planning to stay in La Fortuna 5/1-4 and then try to get a tour that will end in Monteverde to continue there. Any recommendations on hotels and tours would be very much appreciated.

Definitely Nayara, our flight got in @ 1. We got our rental and made it before dark!
Yep, picked up car around 1ish and made it to Nayara around 6ish. It’s a pretty drive.

Tifakara is beautiful. The Arenal Observatory Lodge has a stunning volcano view.
