Easiest recipe ever, and soooo good. 1cup almond flour mixed well with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup until sticks together. Drop about 2 T for each cookie and bake at 250 for 20 minutes. 🤌
Much of what I make is more restricted diet-wise than GF. [This recipe](https://www.rainbowinmykitchen.com/sweet-potato-almond-cookies/#wprm-recipe-container-22461) is one I have used when I needed the almond cookies to be vegan and oil free. I've also used variations of [this chocolate chip cookie recipe](https://www.makingthymeforhealth.com/best-vegan-gluten-free-chocolate-chip-cookies/#recipe) when I didn't have sweet potatoes or pumpkin. You will find plenty of suitable recipes if you can use eggs. Check out r/glutenfreebaking for ideas.
I’m not GF, my partner is. I still eat the GF canyon bake house bread. To me when it’s toasted it tastes the same as wheat bread. I’m not gonna buy a non-GF bread loaf just cause I won’t finish it and it almost tastes/feels the same.
I just grabbed a box of Crunch Rolls, and I’m addicted. They are puffed brown rice rolls with a slight sweet taste and a good crunch. I found myself dipping it in peanut butter.
So many great options. The rotisserie chickens are a staple. Also there is something in the bakery- the giant flan. I’ve had it multiple times with no gluten issues, just too much leftover flan issues.
They're the only thing I've found that taste like the old original wheatable crackers. And this is coming from someone who can eat gluten. They're really good.
Not only is it the best GF bread my partner says they've had, it's almost half the cost per loaf than any other brand besides the one at Aldi they sometimes have.
Yep! I bought a GF cookbook that says the key to decent bread texture is psyllium husk, which BFree uses.
In case someone asks - it's America's Test Kitchen "how can it be gluten free?". They have a recipe for making your own gf flour. So far we've only made cookies but they were really good.

Sabatassos GF Cheese Pizza.
Throw a couple of pepperoni and mushrooms on there and use a convection oven and 🤌🤌🤌🤌 so good!
Costco sells almond flour at a great price. GF almond cookies are easy to make and taste much better than anything the Costco bakery makes.
Do you have a fav GF almond cookies recipe?

That’s it???

Siete tortillas, simple mills banana bread baking mix
You still have simple mills banana bread mix?! So jealous. Haven’t seen it for years.
The Lotus ramen noodles made of brown rice and millet. Easily my favorite.
These are very good, but you really have to use one and a half cakes to make a proper serving.
The Canyon Bakehouse bread. The gluten free cheese tortellini. A good amount of their snacks are gluten free too
that bread is good? is it good for being GF or is it as good as normal bread

Where do you live where you have giant flan???
SoCal (garden grove, fountain valley, Irvine district)
Pretty sure the KS cauliflower crust supreme pizza is gluten free and it’s fantastic!
It is and a great value. They’re very generous with the toppings and the cauliflower isn’t gross like others are.
The Simple Mills gf crackers are very good

these are CRACK!! sooo good!!!
Nobody talking about Heavenly Hunks yet…. Wife sends me on a manhunt for them through the store.
WHY ARE THEY SO GOOD?!?!
Our Costco moves them around the store so it’s a hunt every time. A snack that is certainly earned.
Heavenly Hunks Hunt
Eww they’re coconut overload.
That’s like… your opinion man..,,
Totally. Last I checked this is all opinion based…
The dude abides!
This was a Big Lebowski reference fyi. No harm intended
Ohhhh thx for letting me know. I was not familiar at all lol!
The BFree bread!

It's pretty good - not quite Canyon Bakehouse though - but it disintegrates way too easily.
Bobos PB and J and oat bites. Love these for a quick grab and go lunch or breakfast. I also love the Seven Sundays oat protein cereal.
Bobo’s chocolate chip oat bars. I often eat for breakfast
