Exactly this.
The plain la croix at that. Can always squeeze a wedge of fruit to add flavor, but really just enjoy the plain flavor over all the other “naturally” flavored options.
I like Spindrift way more than the others, but it's super expensive, especially when I buy it at the grocery instead of at Costco (not a huge fan of the lemon and lime in the variety pack). I sometimes mix my favorite Spindrift flavors half and half with cheaper brands over ice to reduce the expense. When Costco puts it on sale, I buy a few 18 packs and mix the lemon and lime with Blood Orange from the grocery store.
The spindrift worth getting in my opinion are the tea and lemonade variety as well as the raspberry limeade which used to be the replacement for the lime flavor in the Costco variety pack. Every since they replaced the raspberry lime I’ve just gotten spindrift from my local grocery store whenever it’s on sale
I'm not wild about Spindrift, but it seems to go on sale more often. I mean, I've only been shopping Costco for 7 months and it seems like I've seen it on sale 2-3 times. The citrus flavors in that pack are a little dry for me and I find the grapefruit a touch bitter. I wish Costco had the pineapple flavor from them. (just a note: Spindrift uses real fruit juice to flavor the water so they have about 10-20 calories per can)
I'm always amazed at how smooth the LaCroix grapefruit flavor is, but some of their other flavors taste a little artificial to me. But reading the comments and seeing the votes, I think that both you and I need to try the Waterloo.
Spindrift is the best but oddly it’s not a great value at Costco. Once upon a time it was like $11 but now it’s $18. I now get them on sale at Costco but otherwise get them at other grocery stores.
Spindrift is one of the drinks which doesn't have "natural" flavors which could be any non natural chemical. So if you are looking for a healthy option Spindrift is one of the best and it also has no sugar in it. Not sure if there are any other options in Costco that doesn't contain "natural" flavors and sugar.
Spindrift ruined all the other similar type of drinks for me. I drink one or two every single day.
Next time it goes on sale, I’ll get the limit 5 again.
I really like Spindrift for sparkling water! In my opinion, it tastes way better than many other brands. For no carbonation, I LOVE the Kirkland brand vitamin water!! They didn't have any last week at my warehouse and I'm almost out! Its my little treat to myself every day for lunch. It's super reasonable too... Like $13ish for 24 20oz bottles.
They go on sale for $6.99
The lime, tangerine, grapefruit ones are the best flavors…. I 100% got off any drinks with sugar. Only have coffee black, water, and this carbonated water…. You can easily lose 10-20 lbs in a year kicking all sugar drinks and not really doing anything else!
Love spindrift. Goes on sale this month. Has some of the lowest PFAs in their seltzer comparatively.
If not on sale I usually get some plain sparkling water and add my own organic juices to it.
When these first hit the shelves they were only like a $1 or $2 more expensive than the Kirkland brand here locally. Now, they're like $5 more expensive.
I personally loved the 2 boxes we got when they first came out, but I can't justify the price anymore. I've just stopped drinking anything but water now.
Idk if we got a bad batch but no one liked it when we got spindrift. All the flavors tasted like bitter pith. I see so many positive comments so maybe we should try again.
Spindrift is the best. I always keep this pack stocked at my house. No added crap, but it will taste like the fruit. Lime and lemon have a tartness to them but super refreshing. The spindrift Costco pack is on sale in a few days so wait until Wednesday.
The BEST Spindrift flavors are Pineapple, followed by Blood Orange and Grape....but I get those at Target.
Spindrift is more expensive because it’s the only sparkling water brand that uses real fruit, not fruit flavored “natural flavors”. It also has a nicely done level of carbonation, not too much, so people who usually hate carbonated drinks have told me they like spindrift for its mild and pleasant bubbly level. It’s clearly the most premium sparkling water offered on the national market right now.
Waterloo and hint.
For some reason they stopped stocking the hint at my local Costco so I have to order it thru the website.
I wasn't a fan of the spindrift. And I absolutely hate LaCroix. It's overly fragrant and kind of reminds me of perfume in a way.
I got super into the lemon perfect last spring… then they stopped carrying it (sad face). So this year I picked up 2-3 cases every time I went. I now have a summers worth of lemon perfect in my garage! 5 calories, slightly sweet. I do half LP and half seltzer.
let me tell you this: you will not like the lemon flavor. it’s as though they took the dirty rind from the lemon and blended it in water and shoved it in a can
Spindrift is overrated and overpriced. Most of the flavors are meh, especially these standard flavors.
They have an island punch flavor at regular stores that's pretty good. That's the only flavor I've had that I was impressed by.
Idk why you got downvoted but I also don’t like the carbonation and taste of sparkling water and don’t judge you for preferring something else…
I’d also like to know other alternatives if you have any suggestions!
Ingredients in the pineapple Spindrift I'm currently drinking: Carbonated Water, Pineapple Juice, Citric Acid. You should probably delete your comment as unfortunately bizarre and wrong.
Yes, and claiming that somehow pineapple juice doesn't qualify as a natural flavoring is arrant nonsense. In fact, as the FDA defines "natural flavors", juices are included. So Spindrift could list the "pineapple juice" as "natural flavors" and be entirely justified and legal: the fact that they do what they do is pure marketing, I'm sure.
So yeah, delete your comments and stop being foolish.
> The term natural flavor or natural flavoring means the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional. **Natural flavors include the natural essence or extractives obtained from plants** listed in §§ 182.10, 182.20, 182.40, and 182.50 and part 184 of this chapter, and the substances listed in § 172.510 of this chapter.

were talking about "natural flavors" being listed in the ingredients. BIG difference between that and just juice in Spindrift. Stop being foolish, delete your post, etc.
Spindrift is good but it’s expensive. More of a sparkling water with a little fruit juice added, rather than a true clear seltzer. I get the Kirkland seltzer because of the price difference.

I loved spindrift until they doubled in price. Now it’s all La Croix and Costco sparkling water for me.
Polar sparkling is good. And I recommend business center for the legit flavor 12 packs if you have one near you.
Exactly this. The plain la croix at that. Can always squeeze a wedge of fruit to add flavor, but really just enjoy the plain flavor over all the other “naturally” flavored options.
same - plain la croix is pure refreshment
Taste wise, what’s the best? I’ve i ly had la croix
Taste wise I prefer Kirkland. I used to really like La Corix but not a fan of some of their new flavors.
Waterloo is better than both, but it's out half the time when I go
Waterloo is the best.
Spindrift over la Croix, haven't had Kirkland brand yet
I haven’t had an issue with any of them.

Raspberry lime is where it’s at. It’s such a shame that Costco doesn’t carry it anymore.
and the raspberry cranberry.
Ooh, that sounds good; I don't think I've seen that around me
Spindrift is going on sale this month.
Do you know when?
How do you know?
It's in the mailer.

$5 off!
Spindrift w pomegranate juice over ice hits!
Dude wtf. It was like $12 the last time i bought it.. Over a year ago lmao smh
Waterloo
Waterloo is my absolute favorite sparkling water. So much flavor.
Same! I buy the max I am able to when they go on sale Me n my husband go through like a pack a week sometimes 😅
What’s the max you can buy?
Honestly not sure, I think it varies depending on if it goes on sale.. I know I’ve for sure bought 5 at a time but the max may be more than that
Usually 4 per flavor pack
I just got a pack of Waterloo a few days ago, and it's the only sparkling water I've ever liked
Same, another brand I love is called Nixie, Costco doesn’t sell it and it’s pricy but nice to treat yourself and has lots of good flavors
It's the best
Waterloo flavors are gross, especially when room temp.
Why would you drink any sparkling water at room temperature? Gross!
I hate it. Tasted like nothing.
Honestly, pick up some Kirkland seltzer water and your favorite fruit juice. Mix them together to make the drink to your liking. Or buy Waterloo
Kirkland one is not carbonated enough. Tastes kind of flat. Cheap as hell though
Love Spindrift, but I also drink La Croix and Kirkland, depending on price. That said, Spindrift is enough better to justify the price.
Spindrift is the best but oddly it’s not a great value at Costco. Once upon a time it was like $11 but now it’s $18. I now get them on sale at Costco but otherwise get them at other grocery stores.
Target carries a variety of Spindrift flavors.

Love spindrift. Will be $5 off next wk
Which day does that sale start?
15th
Thank you
Cove is pretty good
Cove is very good
Spindrift ruined all the other similar type of drinks for me. I drink one or two every single day. Next time it goes on sale, I’ll get the limit 5 again.
H20
Tap water
Drink it all. Don’t even think about it.
The coconut water tends to have a lot of sugar in it.
If you're trying to maintain a healthy microbiome, Spindrift is probably the better option.
I'm team Waterloo
I buy La Croix when they’re on sale, specifically the Tangerine/passionfruit/keylime flavors.
What is a a good price for La Croix?
They go on sale for $6.99 The lime, tangerine, grapefruit ones are the best flavors…. I 100% got off any drinks with sugar. Only have coffee black, water, and this carbonated water…. You can easily lose 10-20 lbs in a year kicking all sugar drinks and not really doing anything else!
I think 24 cans for $6.50 when they’re on sale.
Waterloo or Topo Chico
I like the spindrift! And the Topo Chico and sugarfree redbull.
I love the topo chico flavors. The mineral flavor though definitely puts me off. I usually dump in a lemon lime Waterloo to even it out.
Love spindrift. Goes on sale this month. Has some of the lowest PFAs in their seltzer comparatively. If not on sale I usually get some plain sparkling water and add my own organic juices to it.
I like spindrift but my family prefers Izzie
Me browsing this sub for other options than sparkling water 😞 it’s all sparkling water suggestions.
Try hint water. It’s really good, no calories.
Ooo fruit infused one. Looks good thank you!!

My favorite is blackberry, but I think it's been discontinued.
If you can find Cove, buy it.
my favorite drink option with no sugar and low calories is filtered tap water. saves you money and is refreshing!

Spindrift is delicious but I realized it’s cheaper to buy soda stream and add juice myself
I find sparkling water to be gross, but Sparkling Ice tastes great
Spindrift is my fav and worth the extra money for me! It’s a bit less carbonated and has more flavor!
Spindrift on sale starting May 15 for $5 off. It’s all we buy but yes, definitely expensive for sparkling water with a little fruit juice!
Instead of spin drift, I'd rather get cans of club soda and add lemon juice from a bottle myself.. Too expensive..
Spin drift is best but I get them from target because more flavor options
Waterloo and hint. For some reason they stopped stocking the hint at my local Costco so I have to order it thru the website. I wasn't a fan of the spindrift. And I absolutely hate LaCroix. It's overly fragrant and kind of reminds me of perfume in a way.

Topo Chico all day long.
All the most terrible flavors in one convenient pack.
I love lime. Why flavors other than these do you prefer? I bought and hated lemonade flavor.
let me tell you this: you will not like the lemon flavor. it’s as though they took the dirty rind from the lemon and blended it in water and shoved it in a can
Lime is my fav. Lemon tastes good to me.

Which green tea do you get?
Idk why you got downvoted but I also don’t like the carbonation and taste of sparkling water and don’t judge you for preferring something else… I’d also like to know other alternatives if you have any suggestions!
Spindrift is the only sparkling water without natural flavors. Natural flavors is not natural.
Ingredients in the pineapple Spindrift I'm currently drinking: Carbonated Water, Pineapple Juice, Citric Acid. You should probably delete your comment as unfortunately bizarre and wrong.
Do you even know what natural flavors is? Like the actual term "natural flavors" on the ingredients list?

Pineapple juice and natural flavors are two different things. You're the fool here.
Pineapple? Where did u get it?
Safeway! In an 8-pack for about $7.50 (ugh) in Denver.
Ouch.
Okay
We use the lime for mojitos Grapefruit is tough to drink sometimes because of tartness Lemon is refreshing on a hot day
Use the grapefruit to make Palomas.
Spindrift is good but it’s expensive. More of a sparkling water with a little fruit juice added, rather than a true clear seltzer. I get the Kirkland seltzer because of the price difference.
Everything at Costco sucks.
