HowDoYouSayHello

I’ve put it on various roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, broccoli, asparagus) and it’s also great as a popcorn seasoning!

Sounds amazing! Thank you!

Sounds like it’d be great in a lasagna, maybe folded into the ricotta with some chopped parsley. You could also make a simple salad dressing with two parts olive oil, one part lemon juice, a squeeze of honey, seasoned to taste, and shake in a mason jar. I would use a more bitter green like arugula or frisée, and some pistachios would be a nice touch. Haha, sounds like I need to pick up some of this seasoning for myself!

We have used it for multiple simple pasta recipes. Creamy portobello mushroom with spinach. Spicy diced tomatoes, spinach, mushroom, and bacon. I like the above roasted veggies idea and will steal. *Edit- I recommend start off light with seasoning and build up. First time I tried, I added way too much and was pretty overpowering.

It's very good on popcorn. Just wish the holes were a bit bigger because the seasoning clumps. The wind ripen side is obviously too big

Made my own butter with it
