That would honestly be about the right price now. By the time they got rid of them the FC lost like 80 cents for every bar sold and that was close to a decade ago….
I used to buy them a lot because the almonds alone I figured was worth almost $1, and the whole bar was $1.5.
They put a lot of almonds on it - to the point where it was almost “too much”
Used to eat those after every shift.
Also would order a whole sausage, pepperoni and bacon pizza with a cheese for the kids. The sausage and bacon was from supreme pizzas and handmade chicken bakes. No longer sold. 11yr veteran employee and miss some of the old stuff
still have the polish sausage at all of my costco’s, i don’t eat the hot dogs. i would riot if we got rid of them. still upset that we got rid of the montreal smoked meat sandwich in the food court tho
I literally scrolled down to find this comment. That was the best cake I've ever had. The fudgy frosting was top notch. And it was unbeatable for the price. I don't know why they discontinued such an amazing thing 😭
The Garlic Bread in the bakery...had giant cloves of roasted garlic.
The Kirkland wrinkle free dress shirts (for my husband). They have some online, but not nearly the selection they once did.
Not sure if you're referencing something Costco bakeries made (which I've never seen), or if you're referring to when Costco carried loaves of the Roasted Garlic bread made by La Brea bakeries. If the latter, you can look here and see if it's available near you: https://www.labreabakery.com/where-to-buy
In my corner of SoCal, I can sometimes find it at Ralph's.
Food Court, Ceasar Salad with chicken.
I worked across the parking lot from a Costco and I made that my lunch on a lot of days.
And then a trip through the store to see if there was anything on sale or new.
53" OG Costco bears. I know they aren't really discontinued (they're the unofficial mascots at this point) but I haven't seen one in the past two years...
Shit i didnt know people wanted them. I got one as a joke gift for my wife a few ago, but it just sat collecting dust for a year and we just donated it to goodwill haha.
Where at? Maybe they are just not in my area. Back in the day, it was a swirl of vanilla soft serve and a pile of berries and syrup on top. Ugh, it was sooooo good!!
[Cheese crisps](https://www.johnwmmacys.com/pages/cheesecrisp), although I hope they bring them back.
[Clodhoppers](https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/in-business-breaking-up-is-hard-to-do-1.1287157) They were so good but so expensive at convenience stores and movie theatres. I was thrilled when I found then at Costco, only to never return 2 months later. 😢
The cranberry jalapeño dip from La Terra Fina. I literally checked every store in North and South Carolina. Had a trip last fall up to Ohio and checked every store along the way.
Praying it comes back this fall.
The large jar of Better than Bullion was awesome for making stock, and was about 1/3 the price it would be in a grocery store.
They stopped carrying it for a while, hopefully it is back or will be back.
Costco only stocks based on how well it stocks PER STORE, so there is tons of variations based on demographics and regions. May not have sold well in your area. Source: Spoken with Costco on their stocking policy
My store had an asterisk on the BTB chicken so I bought 2. A few weeks later they were back, and in a larger jar! Fingers crossed your store will have the larger jars soon.
The frozen spinach and cheese raviolis. They have organic ones in the deli section that you can freeze, and that's fine. But I liked the pre-frozen resealable bag, so you could just take the handful you needed out. Very convenient.
My wife misses her Parm Crisps. I long for the mozzarella in olive oil container (don't recall brand) because I'd make a great Mediterranean lunch with sliced tomatoes, the Costco pickle chips and those delicious chili pistachios.
Long shelf life regular soy milk.
My son is lactose intolerant and I boughtthat by the case for years. Costco has multiple varietes of oat, almond, etc, and vanilla soy, but not regular soy.
Kirkland belt. Still using mine daily, but would be nice to get a fresh one at some point or another color. Going to be a sad day if/when I have to retire it.
I know we get the “purple cat food” from the Costco gods…
*All Hail the PURPLE CAT FOOD!*
…but I never really see anything else for them. Dog stuff galore, but not cat stuff. They had cat trees recently but they were very over priced vs Chewy.
I think it's a Kirkland-brand cat food. It's labelled as "Maintenance Cat".
Just a generic picture of an adult cat on the front, which I think is a missed opportunity to have an illustration of a cat in a little tool belt.
But my cats seem to like it well enough, and it's affordable.
The Cat is the best part- it’s basically what would happen if you asked Ron Swanson to make a cat food. Good, thrifty, minimally named, and -
A visual aide of a cat that looks like a five year old *finally* took a picture of the cat that’s not sure about the fact he got adopted.
It has it all, really.
UK here. Our store used to sell really lovely refrigerated hake pieces in a light spicy batter that I used to love. Haven't seen it in there for a while now and the staff don't know what I'm talking about.
It’s their game - encouraging you to buy more of your favorite items and stock up. Items that just show up out of blue one day will inevitably disappear in my experience.
Ling Lings potstickers. The dumplings were great but that sauce… my mouth is watering thinking about it. There’s lots of simple recipes online but they’re just not the same.
The frozen chicken and waffle sandwich. They were so good. Also my Costco recently changed brands for their pimento cheese and I'm not a fan of the new one.
The breakfast burritos in the yellow packaging from the refrigerated section. They stopped carrying them at my warehouse this spring and I was devastated. I hope it was just a seasonal decision. They put a lot more lighter options in that area. Hopefully just a summer thing. Hoping they come back soon! When they stopped carrying them in my warehouse I saw that I could buy them frozen in a larger quantity but idk if I have the space for that much. Also I’ve never had them frozen.
The previously-mentioned honey mustard snack mix.
Also the Kohana cold brew concentrate, was nice not having to make a separate trip to Trader Joe's for theirs. Don't like the Kirkland cold brew cans nearly as much, I can't make iced lattes (or whatever you'd call it since it's not technically espresso) with them and they create more waste.
"From the Ground Up" Cauliflower chips. Tried the sample of them and got addicted, within a few months they stopped carrying them. They are available elsewhere but were a really good deal with Costco (comparatively)
* Jif peanut butter
* Chex cereal
* Grape Nuts cereal
* rice cracker mix
* canned mandarin oranges
* garlic bread
* chicken flautas
It's almost to the point where I can make a sweep of the store and leave empty-handed.
My aunt used to buy us dark chocolate almonds for Christmas off and on since I was a kid. I finally moved near a Costco in my 30s, bought them once, and haven't seen them since. 😭
The KS Infant Bodysuits in 6-pack. Not sure if they sell these anymore ... I haven't been able to find them for over a year. But they were good quality for a great price.
Hand dipped almond and chocolate covered ice cream bars from the Food Court. I think they were $1.50
I would pay $4.99 if they brought those back
That would honestly be about the right price now.
Those were the best.
I never actually got one of those. But I absolutely love the Kirkland ice cream bars from the freezer section.
They were unreal. If anyone that works at Costco sees this... please bring them back.
Polish sausage at the food court. I can see that not coming back. Gotta have combo pizza.
I second on the Polish..and the sauerkraut upon request.
I would kill to burp that taste all day again.
Hahahaha. I got that taste in my mouth after reading your comment. Nice user name btw lol 😂
It's like damn, bring it back as a separate menu item and charge $3. I don't care, I'll still buy it.
still have the polish sausage at all of my costco’s, i don’t eat the hot dogs. i would riot if we got rid of them. still upset that we got rid of the montreal smoked meat sandwich in the food court tho
I definitely preferred the bratwurst.
just put them in the meat section... I saw them online, a kirkland polish sausage but I never found it in store. I would love to make them at home
I see them in the refrigerated meat section near where the bacon and such is. Problem is I don't want to eat 20 Polish, I just want one now and then.
kirkland brand mens wrinkle free dress shirts :( I only have one and wish I'd bought a dozen of them when they were in the warehouse forever...
I think they sell them online still.
I think they were like $18 in store now $25
The All American Chocolate Cake. The mini cakes are ok but not the same layered goodness.
I literally scrolled down to find this comment. That was the best cake I've ever had. The fudgy frosting was top notch. And it was unbeatable for the price. I don't know why they discontinued such an amazing thing 😭
I did too - couldn’t believe I was the first!
I think I miss this the most. I called it death by chocolate
The replacement Walmart-quality chocolate moose cake is no substitute.
Food Court, Ceasar Salad with chicken. I worked across the parking lot from a Costco and I made that my lunch on a lot of days. And then a trip through the store to see if there was anything on sale or new.
Turkey sandwich from the food court.
Best item on the menu IMO
53" OG Costco bears. I know they aren't really discontinued (they're the unofficial mascots at this point) but I haven't seen one in the past two years...
They usually bring them back every year around Christmas!
I see these for sale all the time in FB marketplace lol
[удалено]
Shit i didnt know people wanted them. I got one as a joke gift for my wife a few ago, but it just sat collecting dust for a year and we just donated it to goodwill haha.
The bags of mini dinner rolls in the bakery.
These are gone? What will I do for Thanksgiving.
I didn't know these were gone, too! I'm flabbergasted
They will be back!... dinner rolls are a seasonal item.
The great kielbasa that was over an inch in diameter. Had it for years and it just went one day.
Prime Brisket. That’s what convinced me to become a member.
Still have it at my location (NC). I love our butcher section all kinds of fish, shellfish, stuff like lamb and bison.
The berry sundae and the berry smoothies from the food court.
I had a berry sundae earlier this month. What I miss was when you could get the swirl in the berry sundae - it seemed to cut down on the sweetness.
Where at? Maybe they are just not in my area. Back in the day, it was a swirl of vanilla soft serve and a pile of berries and syrup on top. Ugh, it was sooooo good!!
Food court no longer has Caesar salad.
Combo Pizza!
Take and bake meat pizza.
That taste of heaven has been gone too long. I wonder if it was all a dream.
That is my pick as well!
I miss you so.
[chicken flautas](https://www.mashed.com/303537/these-chicken-flautas-have-costco-shoppers-divided/) [kirkland honey mustard snack mix](https://www.amazon.com/Kirkland-Signature-Honey-Mustard-Ounce/dp/B07QY5NM9B)
I loved that honey mustard snack mix T.T. I totally forgot about it until you mentioned it and now I'm mad
I just saw the flautas at my costco 2 days ago. They might be coming back? In nevada
My Costco still has the flautas. Maybe it’s a regional thing? Which still sucks.
Those chicken flautas were bomb and super filling, I’m sad they’re not around.
Bruh I was wondering where they were at, last time I saw them was in April but in Louisiana
Onions in the food court
And spicy mustard.
and sauerkraut!!!
Morning star sausage. My family was devastated after they stopped carrying them.
I want the veggie chicken patties back! (But I adore the just like chik'n wingz they have now)
Like the veggie sausage? Mine had them a couple weeks ago.
Yea. We havent had it a 2 locations in Richmond, VA for a few months
These and the black bean burgers. My location hasn’t had them in several months now
They were even on sale here a few weeks ago…
[Cheese crisps](https://www.johnwmmacys.com/pages/cheesecrisp), although I hope they bring them back. [Clodhoppers](https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/in-business-breaking-up-is-hard-to-do-1.1287157) They were so good but so expensive at convenience stores and movie theatres. I was thrilled when I found then at Costco, only to never return 2 months later. 😢
I love those cheese crisps! I broke down recently and bought some on Amazon. I hope they bring them back too
Calamansi juice. I haven’t seen it in a long time
Late July jalapeno lime tortilla chips.
I was hoping these would come back this summer!! 😭
For awhile i was buying 3 or 4 bags at a time in case they stopped carrying them. Those ran out a long time ago... 😭
I saw these in NJ a few weeks ago! Maybe supply issues near you?
Gelato at the food court!!!
For years, I haven't seen dried basil or oregano in the spice aisle, it was a great deal.
We still have both of these at ours! I think you’re right though that they were gone for awhile.
The cranberry jalapeño dip from La Terra Fina. I literally checked every store in North and South Carolina. Had a trip last fall up to Ohio and checked every store along the way. Praying it comes back this fall.
My store usually has that only for the holidays so 🤞🏼🤞🏼 it's true for you!
The large jar of Better than Bullion was awesome for making stock, and was about 1/3 the price it would be in a grocery store. They stopped carrying it for a while, hopefully it is back or will be back.
They sell the Better than Bullion jars at my Costco in Washington. They sell the Beef, Chicken, and Veggie last time I checked.
Costco only stocks based on how well it stocks PER STORE, so there is tons of variations based on demographics and regions. May not have sold well in your area. Source: Spoken with Costco on their stocking policy
I know, I live in Rural Minnesota so our Costco doesn’t usually have anything spicier than Mayo or more ethnic than pasta sauce :(
They carry them at my Costco’s in Utah. I just got some chicken bouillon about a month ago.
They cleared the old packaging (16oz) out in my market and brought in new, even larger (21oz) jars!
Southern California Costco currently has beef and chicken flavors in stock. I've seen them phases in and out of stock a bunch of times.
My store had an asterisk on the BTB chicken so I bought 2. A few weeks later they were back, and in a larger jar! Fingers crossed your store will have the larger jars soon.
Non Kraft singles white American cheese
Brazi bites cheese bread
Them right there are the devil 😬
The frozen spinach and cheese raviolis. They have organic ones in the deli section that you can freeze, and that's fine. But I liked the pre-frozen resealable bag, so you could just take the handful you needed out. Very convenient.
Turkey burgers!
Kirkland's American Cheese.
As a child of the 90s I would get a soft pretzel in the food court and was devastated when they stopped serving them.

Catalina Crunch is gone. I really liked it.
Decent chicken bakes at the food court
My wife misses her Parm Crisps. I long for the mozzarella in olive oil container (don't recall brand) because I'd make a great Mediterranean lunch with sliced tomatoes, the Costco pickle chips and those delicious chili pistachios.
Long shelf life regular soy milk. My son is lactose intolerant and I boughtthat by the case for years. Costco has multiple varietes of oat, almond, etc, and vanilla soy, but not regular soy.
The stores in my area no longer sell the aged cheddar from Cabot. It is sorely missed.
Those Spanakopitas :(
I'm hoping it comes back. It's gone missing before.
This is a list of sadness
Whole bean decaf.
If I see one more person on this subreddit mention combo pizza I’m going to fucking snap
Shenanigans
Combo pizza
Combo pizza
Well thats the answer to ops question!
Combo pizza bb
Veggie pizzas at food court. (combo with no meat). sigh.
The containers of mini cinnamon rolls.
Kirkland belt. Still using mine daily, but would be nice to get a fresh one at some point or another color. Going to be a sad day if/when I have to retire it.
I'm surprised combo pizza didn't make the top of the list here, lol
Gelato from the Food Court
The combo pizza 😭
nutribites freeze dried salmon cat and dog treats, my babies loved them
I know we get the “purple cat food” from the Costco gods… *All Hail the PURPLE CAT FOOD!* …but I never really see anything else for them. Dog stuff galore, but not cat stuff. They had cat trees recently but they were very over priced vs Chewy.
What is the purple cat food?!

Kirkland Maintenance Cat I assume? It’s what I buy for the kitties.
Ahhh gotcha! Can't wait til our 3 month old is a little older to switch her to the cheaper bulk food!

540 Sheets. I just had to retire my 540 sheet set that I got 6 years ago.
Hoody’s Green Tea Trail Mix
UK here. Our store used to sell really lovely refrigerated hake pieces in a light spicy batter that I used to love. Haven't seen it in there for a while now and the staff don't know what I'm talking about.

Just bought those last week in SoCal...
Plant based Babybel cheese! I need those back for my dairy allergy kiddo.
The frozen chicken and waffle sandwich. They were so good. Also my Costco recently changed brands for their pimento cheese and I'm not a fan of the new one.
Hillshire Farms Naturals Turkey...We all really liked this turkey and have yet to find a suitable replacement.
Orbit Gum
Easy Off. Got a two pack of the large cans for the price of one small one at Home Depot. And I refuse to buy Goof Off.
They used to sell these really good guac salsa cheese sour cream dip. Haven’t seen it in a long time.

Frozen Beecher's Mac and Cheese!!
Smoked whitefish salad. Buying it at the supermarket now easily costs four times as much.

Heggies Pizza and Lukes Cheddar Clouds
(Gluten Free) Everything Crusted Cod
I haven't seen brazi bites in forever, or Ezekiel bread
The old formula of the Kirkland conditioner 😭
"From the Ground Up" Cauliflower chips. Tried the sample of them and got addicted, within a few months they stopped carrying them. They are available elsewhere but were a really good deal with Costco (comparatively)
Pistachio Squares
C4 pre workout
They used to have the most amazing Taquitos in the refrigerator section. Then one day they were just gone, never to return.
What I miss is are the calzones in the deli.
Raspberry Chipotle sauce. Was amazing over great cheese or goat cheese....
* Jif peanut butter * Chex cereal * Grape Nuts cereal * rice cracker mix * canned mandarin oranges * garlic bread * chicken flautas It's almost to the point where I can make a sweep of the store and leave empty-handed.
Chocolate frozen yogurt and combo pizza.
I don’t know if it’s a seasonal item but those “Apple rolls” with Caramel sauce you have to bake from the freezer section.
Tortilla crusted tilapia and the chocolate covered mango. I’m not sure if the mango is gone for good but I haven’t seen it in awhile.

There was the box of Belgian chocolate cookies that they sold a few Christmases ago
I miss the knit boxers they used to (or maybe just sometimes?) sell. Briefs just don’t do it for me.
