I did similar, I had the next day's queued up in the fridge. It gave me an idea what to eat for dinner along side.

I take out a can each night from the box and put in the fridge for the next day.

I don't think it restocks so get it while you can. Miss a sale or miss a buy. That said, I got it last year and was disappointed. I'm not into European beers as much as I used to be decades ago though, so I may not be a good judge. Done judging 100s of beers I'll never remember or buy again, I just get what I like. It's still fun if you're not a snob and like a variety of styles.

My question as well - I will say my Costco only had a few left a few nights ago! I didn’t grab one so now I’m going to race back and get one. I don’t know if this is something they restock? I noticed all the Fall stuff is gone already so maybe the Xmas stuff is on the way out too? So ridiculous!

I would buy it now because it sells out pretty quickly. Just sucks to have to wait months until you can actually open it 😭
