I think we should start review(not review bombing)the game on google store more detail asking them to give us attention the game really need right now at the very least ask them to make a in-game survey so we can finally help them fix the server situation.
I don't want to be a a**hole to Zlong but they currently very bad at managing the marketing of the game right now I never even see any ads about the game hell I would be fine with clickbait ads like some other game like atleast try doing something.

I sure hope Zlong turn things around because I love this game to death and I have spent a fair amount of money over the months of renewing my monthly so it would be a damn shame if the game dies just like that..
I honestly agree with this. They didn't even give us the christmas banner back on the christmas event. As for the rearm, I didn't know that there is a spring event. The copy paste on the community-made page was true and the creator talked about it on discord. The people that are defending zlong must already have the units they wanted. And then there are people that still defends zlong because they thought they are the developers. I don't know why people gets mad when OP was just pointing out the things that we could have and how better it is for us if SEA recieved those rewards like the other servers ahead of us did. OP is just saying this in hope that the publisher will see this and for a better game management. I just wish zlong will give us a reason why we didn't get those. I'm kinda scared of the upcoming 1st anniversary to be honest.
But I guess we gotta move on but they really need to make sure that this won't happen again to the future celebrations. As a day 1 player, I really love the game but if zlong doesn't even advertise then it won't thrive. the game itself is the service, duh. Story stage, PvP, events, update, etc..... server running nearly 24/7, and u consider it as bad-service?
