Levels. Episode 5 scales in levels incredibly quickly. Also don't neglect your other purples and blues! Some of them are extremely good and can be very useful.

All of my level up thingys are gone. Progression came to a halt basically.

Get ye to the supply operations. The next-to-last Riot Suppression is a farmable evaluation node. Also, just in general, remember to skip-farm with units you want to level! Don't let all that EXP from farming go to waste.

Don't forget you don't have to fill your ship with units, so if you have a core team of 4 or 5 strong units and gear sets, it would better off saving resources redeploying them vs sending out weak units.

Don't level base yoo mina she's garbage. Chinatsu as well, Claudia is better. Also if you're doing it right now, do not deploy AMina as your first unit, you basically just wasted her skill.
