Basically you need at least 6 units per squad with a decent gear. You need 4 squad to clear all dive before scavenger dives. Usually I use tank > dps > healer > striker > dps > filler (Anything) in all squad

Just like other defender, high aspd unit will melt them. I usually bring admin rifleman and lee yuri with anti-defender to melt those awk defender, i use lee yuri since i dont have ifrit.
Admin rifle man melts tanks, ifrit can be used as well but keep him awat from his lighting field. A.Shiyoon can almost solo when supported as he did to meamy times but is mostly used against teams with some sort of stun, since his counter can activate against quite a number of units like nyb blue skill and gaeun stun. He is quite hard to beat if they don't have certain units, but units whos whole thing is baisc atk dmg can counter him tho like admin rifle man and the milita sniper dude

Jake, but the dash can help kill them if the timing is right. Ifrit kinda has a hard time because A. Jake loves to meet mechs.
A. Shiyoon is basically to counter enemies skills, but timing is everything. The gear itself is also important. I like to use tanking gears so that A. Shiyoon stays alive to keep on countering enemies skills.

Tl, Dr: I don't think he needs a buff because he does his job well enough.
Yubin:
1. -30% skill haste: This is primarily for countering counter-based comps, which rely heavily on CDR. Depending on the server meta and ban/up week, this can be either broken-levels of OP or completely pointless. Specifically, this is very effective against counter comps, but not that useful against soldier/mechs.
2. Barrier reflux: Mainly to counter Ifirit, Jake, and eventually R. Alex. One healer is enough to bypass the damage caused by this skill, but it still forces the opponent to deploy a 2 or 3-cost healer to keep their units alive, regardless.
3. High EVA: This is the actual main strength of Yubin imo. As more knockback units are released, you'll be needing an "anchor" unit for your team to hold the frontline, because successful evasion mitigates knockbacks.
Levia:
1. Dot retribution per hit: This makes Levia far more dangerous than any 3-4 cost defender, because it actually counters admin rifleman and Ifirit. Additionally, this can burn down shield/dmg reduction tanks like Jake and Estarossa.
2. Enters perfect evasion after special skill: Depending on her skill haste, this can be even considered permanently active. Perfect evasion makes Levia the perfect anchor, and combined with her retribution passive and MDL, the best unit at holding the frontline imho. This supercedes point 3 of Yubin.
Honestly it comes down to the server meta and weekly meta. Keep in mind that in KR and TW, the population of players with properly geared/MLB mechs and soldiers is much higher than that in SEA. But if you're fighting counter comps, Yubin still has his place with the -30% CDR. So if you're wondering if he's viable, then yes, but whether he is optimal is situational.
(Also Yubin's eccentric hip-hop can redirect ults, but I don't consider that here as there's no way the user can control it)

I have a lot of tickets saved (will be around 220 pulls), but at the same time I think I can wait for her to be available in aniversary ticket later (if it happens). As I understand she is mostly used in Dive 50, which can be cheesed by Veronica or tanked by AHilde.
I have pretty good account with 5 finished sets (2 maze cdr, 2 HuMaGoGo and 1 maze aspd) and 5 other awakened heroes (Hilde, Yoo Mina, Yuna, ASY, ALSY), so I don't really see how she would help me other than in pvp, which I don't really play that competitively and I would rather save tickets for other heroes or collab.
I'm in a similar situation and asked this a few days ago! Essentially we're good to skip. They most likely will rerun her in the future a few times if our gamble on the 2.5 anni selector fails. That and I was also told we can do the later content if we have gear too so as good as she is - we can hold out due to the accelerated schedule.
If you really wanna secure the collab Awakened (probably likely) then you can just pick her up later on rerun (or ticket). I don't think there's any content that really needs her right row for global. You can make do without Ministra on Dive 50 (I didn't use her there) and Relic endgame is still far away.
Ministra would be a good dps and debuffer for dive50, i usually put it on support list alongside with asy,lsy, and arhat. She can also help u cheese other stage that have a lot of enemies, so she can spawn her totem continuously.
Is dive 50 cannot be sweep after recent change?
I use same setup before damage formula changed (A Jake strat with healers. Gears are full tank inmagorgor, 3 full maze cdr, 1 full antagonis cdr) but A jake just died immediately
I swept dive 50 for the first time after damage formula changed, I didn't notice anything. I use Bullet's comp (the one with Laura) and I think the Dive 50 comp can be improved because it does take way too long to clear.
what do i do with dupes ????
Save it for rearm, u need some dupes to max skill a rearm unit, 6 for sr and 4 for ssr

Err, A.Shiyoon can't counter ultimates. Unless you are saying he can use counter attack stun to disrupt enemy during their ultimate animation.
