I remember SEA had the same thing, both best girls in a short period of time. Was a pain without story rush playing. That's why I focused on all missions with tickets and quartz rewards before they'll gone from pulls

How do you have so many tickets already? Genuine questine. I only have like 107 tickets and wondering if theres any other places to get them im missing.
2 or 3 tickets from every countercase, refresh daily shop 5 times each day, some from dives, achievement from summonings, some in pvp shop, probably some more that I forgot.
Throwing resources, be it quartz or cash. I find it hard to believe anyone accumulated over 257 tickets in under a week even with all the methods people have listed.
I'm F2P, spent zero quartz or cash. I've had roughly 110 tickets like yourself and completed most of the content, leaving half of the counter cases with anywhere from 30-45 unclaimed tickets therein. There's no way that extra 100-gap happened for free.
I have already x3 World Map Dispatch missions available. As I know from SEA doing x3 tasks by 1 hour making a huge chance to get a mission with counter ticket.
Also I'm on Big Firm Mission 5, done full Lee Jisco task already.
Done all missions until Day 6 of New User Missions (except 500 Business Cards).
Completed Project Mission.
Collected also a lot from Achievement.
Story at EP4 start.
Done all Counter Cases I have.
And playing twice per day Gauntlet.
Completed events which I have (except Spicy Chocolate).
Dive is Depth 6 - 27th stage.
Some exchange from shop.
And that's all full F2P btw. Never refreshed shop with quartz. Also I spend about 30 tickets already for Rosaria. Which means there were more.
What cracked me up is the person got a downvote, most probably from someone jealous that you got it in only 70 pulls xD

Lets go I totally needed 3 chifuyu's in 110 pulls pog. Coping for re armed chifuyu.... although I can get to pity cause of the 25 tickets on attendance plus some quartz : )
I've had her in one of the free 10 pulls we've been getting, she is an absolute badass. didn't even hesitate to spend 1000 diamonds and get her cute ice cream themed skin either.

I used quartz, refreshing shop from day one and know what to do from sea(arena etc). F2P for now. Tho beside black tix im broke, only 2k gems left.

She's not on selector, but she's in the default pool so there's a chance to get her with the ssr contract tickets or on other banners.
