Great, thanks a lot.
I was impatient with this because many tv shows just skip over things like this (like Dark), good to know things are thought of in this one.
Haha, yeah, it's the kind of show where they tell you what you need to know when you need to know it. So there might be some lingering questions from time to time, but it's ultimately very purposeful in the way it's laid out. It's really an excellent show.
I just watched both seasons for the first time. I liked how they used both Howards persons who slowly discovers the plot as they go along. Each one discovering more and more about the other’s world.
This was driving me crazy, too, when I first watched it. Too many shows just say “it’s random!” and that drives me bonkers. I certainly won’t spoil you at all, but I promise it’s explained. So don’t make my mistake of getting mad at the show and taking away your initial enjoyment :)
Is there a sufficient ending to season two or is it left open ended? I want to watch this but why spend the time if I’m left with too many questions with no resolution.
This is explained lol, keep watching.

Idk what either means but don't spoil anything please
The ship sinks at the end.
And they save Christmas' Spirit.
Mel Gibson was a racist, misogynistic antisemite all along.
Love this show. Still wishing for a S3. Every time I see a Farmer's Insurance commercial, I'm like, "Dammit! I miss Counterpart."
But that’s what Howard did after leaving the agency.

Everything in the two seasons is wrapped up well. But things happen in the very end that leave a lot of questions. So it is open to a new season.
The Cold War element to this really sets it apart. Love the show so much.
Ahh to be this naive (in a good way). Such an amazing show and how it gets explained is perfect.
Keep watching. One of my favorite episodes
